Suicide doors that work on a key fob or while sitting inside the car. Smoothed off bumpers front and back, multi tooth corvette grille, decked hood and trunk, Cadillac tail lights frenched in to the body, twin antenna’s frenched in to the body. Dual fuel tanks, new original style in the stock location and an aftermarket one located inside the trunk, switch in the dash to switch between the 2, no need to stop driving with this much fuel capacity. The interior is red in color with bucket seats and a Budweiser shifter for the cruiser look. Tilt chrome steering column and very nice gauge cluster and an under dash air conditioning unit that blows very cold. The paint is ok, not show finish and does have a few chips here and there but it is a car that you can park and not worry about someone leaning against it. Chassis and drivetrain: Up front is a Heist style independent suspension with tubular A-arms top and bottom with dropped spindles, steering is via power rack and pinion. Disc brakes on all 4 wheels with drilled and slotted rotors in the front. Master cylinder is located on the frame for a clean look under the hood, it is manual brakes and probably should have a booster installed for even easier brake engagement but the manual works fine. Rear end is a 10 bolt chev unit again with disk brakes. The engine is a rebuilt Vortex 350 chev that runs perfectly and extremely smoothly. Polished aluminum and chrome parts everywhere as shown in the pictures, such as valve covers, intake manifold, headers, radiator, air cleaner, external reservoirs, A/C compressor, single wire alternator, water pump, various brackets and etc. Aluminum radiator with a thermostat electric fan keeps the engine very cool and never heats up. Transmission is an automatic and shifts smoothly. This is a very nice running car that idles low and smooth and has a very nice sounding dual exhaust , you really need to watch the video and hear it run, it sounds great. This car is a great car to take cruising and to use, it is not perfect and with all customs there are things to do, they are never really finished. I would redo the interior as the door panels are worn, there is no headliner, the seats are a take out of something, for $2,000 you can have the complete interior done, I was going to go white tuck n roll for the fifties style look. The wheels and tires look good but not really the style for this car, one of the center caps is missing, it really needs chrome steelies for that classic custom look. The door sils are chrome but they are scratched and the passenger side is damaged and should be replaced. The rear fender well trim is not on the car and I do not have it. The beltline stainless is ok, there are a few dings here and there on some of the pieces and should come off and the dings removed and re-polished. This is a driver and something to tinker with as you use it. All the right parts are on the car and for what I am asking you can’t even buy the parts, nevermind all the endless hours of custom work. I know the paint job is at least ten years old. It did not run when i purchased the car, I do know he had a shop do extensive amounts of work in addition to what he accomplished. The car has less than 500 miles on motor and tranny, I purchased and mechanic installed a 65 327 .40 over, 10-1 flat top, mild street cam, with a Holley on top. It has been mobile for the last year drove around town, does not run hot other than above the headers, no idea on gas consumption or oil, there is usually a quater size puddle of oil at flywheel cover locale after setting for a week. We use ONLY west coast suburbans that haven't been in the salty snow covered roads (regardless of what people will say, the salt from the roads WILL eventually show its ugly face and your burb WILL rust). This burb you are bidding on is a SUPER clean 2007 white LOADED 2500 4x4 . It has two tone interior with light grey leather, heated seats, sunroof, factory DVD, navigation, third row seating, back up camera, back up sensors, power lift gate, adjustable pedals, etc.. We then did our usual CSK duramax conversion using a 2008 LMM duramax,6 speed allison transmission, 2hi 4hi 4lo transfer case, front and rear diesel differentials (rear 11.5 with G80 locker), new driveshaft, fuel cooler, factory exhaust to include cat. We do NO tuning, aftermarket exhausts etc due to most dealers not willing to work on high performance diesels due to reliability issues. These diesels now are so powerful, torquey and reliable out of the box theres really no need to. Tires are like new. Body is super clean with no damage, dings etc. Vehicle has 94851 (will have more as my wife has been driving)(that is the duramax cluster, suburban had low 100s before conversion). This is a killer 1956 2 door chevy 210 Bel air style coupe. Its a clean title original black and yellow CA plate car w current registration running and driving well. Body is straight and has been flat blacked, chrome is straightened and dipped. Has a nice clean running 283 w 3spd T350 on the column, mostly stock. Interior is nice and clean and newer, CD player and speakers, new rims and tires. Power disk brake conversion in front, steers easy, cruises at 70mph nice. Suspension is mostly stock, and if anything could be done besides paint it would be a nice coil over swap on front and some decent springs and shocks on the rear. This is not a $50,000 LS1 swap done ground up, but it does have new floor pans, new glass, and lots of other extras with it. Body was treated to new rear quarter skins, door skins, original hood replaced with better original, lead filled any pin holes and smoothed, media blasted and matted.
