Several interior trim pieces are missing (see pictures), the dash trim bezel is broken under the speedometer (see pictures) and the door panels have several scratches (see picures) This car runs and drives great, it turns plenty of heads as most people are not even aware of this car since it was never really sold to the general public....but if you are looking at this ad I am sure you know plenty about this car. The paint is in average shape and just like most municipal vehicles it has plenty of scratches and there are marks from the vinyl. A good wheel and wax job would take care of a lot of the blemishes. I have two Caprice Classic wagons available, the 1988 is a very prime candidate to restore to mint condition. I purchased it to rebuild myself, sadly health issues prevent me from doing so. Very good undercarriage condition, very very little rust. I believe in the past this was a garage kept vehicle. When I purchased the vehicle, someone had put the front pulleys for alternator etc wrong which makes the v belts sing a song. I have the power steering lined up, alternator pulley needs to be finished. Interior is in great shape, not even a crack in the dashboard which is common for those years. Tinted windows from the passenger windows back. To add to it, I am also selling with it my 1987. Many new parts on the 87 including radiator, and all the parts can swap to the 88 which was my plan. The 87 isnt much to look at body wise, but runs like a top. Both have the Chevy 305 ci motor. I have more than that much into the vehicles, and am just looking to recoup my costs.
