Thanks for the incredible amount of views and watchers! I have never had this many of either! This is a real deal, somewhat of a survivor RS Camaro with X-11 code and matching #s 307 ci engine still in the car and running excellent that is in need of some rust repair! This is a very decent unmolested car! The original matching numbers auto transmission shifts well and I would recommend going through all fluids and check the brakes before driving any long distances. The gas tank and fuel is new so the car has been gone through somewhat. The rear is a 10 bolt and I am not sure if it is the original rear but I would absolutely assume so! It is a factory deluxe interior car with power steering and power top but did come with a column shift, odd combo?....yes! I have a very nice used center console that comes with the car (pictured) along with the shifter, harness for the lights and mounting brackets! So, it is complete and ready to install permanently. The interior appears to be original and is in nice shape as you can see and the car has an original 99k miles on it! The top is very nice but the rear window could definitely be more clear. The trunk will need replacing and one rear frame rail is swollen and rotted a bit so that should be replaced. The pics don't show the trunk closer to the rear where it is rotted more and the center looks like it was glassed many years ago...bottom line, it needs a trunk pan eventually and I forgot to take those pics, sorry! The headlight doors do not work which I am sure you assumed already. It needs a new fan shroud. The quarters will need replacing as I believe they are the originals and are rotted. The cowl hood is very nice. Bottom line is that the car deserves a full restoration but you could drive it as you restore it! 1969 Camaro X-11This is a running project the motor is a non matching 406 small block with under 10K miles on rebuild, T350 automatic trans that shifts good, stock 10 bolt rear end. The car is an X-11 code was originally Daytona Yellow code 76 with Black top. The car needs to be restored it has rust in both quarters, rockers and floors has patching, the trunk pan is solid with very little rust and cowl area and under the windshield is good, some rust on bottom of fenders, doors and dent in drivers fender. All the glass is good and interior is all there but also needs restored. The top is original and does have some small bubbles but not real bad at all. There is some bubbling around the top but nothing poking threw.The tires are in good shape and exhaust is also good. The car is a running and driving project that you can work on as you go or do a full restoration being a factory Daytona Yellow X-11 car it's worth restoring. Please understand this car needs work it's a project. Don't make an offer and expect to drive the car across the country. I've only driven it a short distance since I bought it. this is it for sale ad for my 1969 Camaro. I have owned this car for about five years. This car is a full frame off restoration. This car has new front fenders new door skins new full quarter panels new floor pan new trunk lid.all of the sheet-metal is all goodmark sheet metal that has been installed at a muscle car shop. The car has been painted about 12 years ago. It is a blue custom color. It is the stock Camaro blue color with some very faint metallic mixed in. The car is perfectly straight it has a $15,000 paint job on it. I also have photos of all of the sheet-metal work that was done. The whole floor pan has also been painted body color as well as the as well as the inside of the engine compartment. To be unbelievably critical the worst flaws are maybe 4 to 5 small stone chips. The interior of the car is the original interior from another 69 Camaro it is all black vinyl with no rips. There is a new headliner installed and all of the dash has been completely refurbished. Now for the part that separates this car from the others. I am in enthusiast and I've built this car with the vision to appear completely stock but have the performance that will blow the doors off of a Typical corvette. The engine is a 427 dart SHP small block with a forged scat crankshaft forged Keith black icon Pistons, 215 cc Dart pro one cylinder heads. The engine has scorpion roller rockers with the dart aluminum dual plane intake. The car has a 650 double pumper which is a great street carb that gives tons of low-end torque. The engine was Built professionally and made 540 hp on the Dyno. I can provide the dyno sheet to a serious buyer if needed. The bottom line is this motor makes 560 foot pounds of torque at very low rpm's with a mild camshaft. It is an absolute monster on the street.I have only driven the car with street tires to car shows it has never been raced. although with this type of power and the car only weighing 3100 pounds, I believe it is a high 11 second car in the 1/4 mile. It has a huge aluminum radiator with dual electric spall fans. it never gets hot driving on the highway or even idling in Florida traffic. The car has brand-new Doug's 1 3/4" inch headers with 3 inch collectors. The car has full 3 inch exhaust from the collectors all the way out the back. The mufflers are stainless steel Magnaflow short mufflers. They are not bullet mufflers but they're straight through style magnaflows. The car idles with a large chop and sounds very aggressive but still makes excellent low-end torque. This is the benefit of having a big inch small block whereas a heavily cammed Chevy 350 does not have very good street manners. I can provide an idle video of the car upon request. The car is running in Muncie m21 four-speed transmission has been rebuilt when the car was first restored. The Muncie runs great I have put a brand-new Centerforce billet steel flywheel with a Centerforce dual friction clutch. The car has Bolton subframe connectors with Caltracs. The car has all new stainless steel brake lines all the wiring is brand-new. The car has a MSD pro billet distributor with the MSD coil. The car has factory disc brakes in the front although it came from the factory with drums in the front. The car has a 12 bolt rear end from a 1967 Camaro. So it is a very rare 12 bolt rear end that has a factory traction bar. The rear end on this car is from a 1967 big block camaro SS. The car has vintage wheel works V40 custom aluminum wheels. 17 x 8 in the front 17 x 9.5 in the rear. This is the absolute biggest tire you can put on the 69 Camaro without cutting it up. to go into more detail about the suspension. I have put Hotchkiss lowering leaf springs in the rear and Hotchkiss lowering springs in the front. I believe it drops the car 1.5 inches which is not much but it makes it look great. I have installed a Hotchkiss front anti-swaybar. The car also has speed tech tubular upper control arms.And this car handles better than my 2002 daily driver. The car is a X11 car on the trim tag. I never really looked into all of the factory options that the car had initially because frankly I'm not really a restoration type guy. I do not know if it is a real SS or not. I was told it was a real SS, but I do know X11 cars are not necessarily ss cars.The car is in great shape and has been fully frame off restored. There is zero rust on the car. I will not ship the car internationally. I am more than willing to show the car to any serious buyers. If you do win the auction you must pay for all shipping your self and Coordinate all shipping your self. I will not drop the car off anywhere. Motor was rebuilt with a 1969 396 and all front suspension rebuilt new ball joints, bushings, powder coated new big block coil springs, front disc brake conversion, new brake lines, repro delco power booster, new master cyl, prop valve, splitter, calipers, rotors, backing plates, bearings, etc Quadrajet carb rebuilt. A/c delete conversion on firewall. Still has A/C style heater box. Muncie M21 close ratio 4 speed all rebuilt and new Hurst correct style round shifter. Orginal console car and all new wiring under dash and under hood engine area to accomodate gauge stlye on console and tach in dash cluster. $900.00 new exhaust system with ceramic coated exhaust manifolds with casting #s. Rebuilt starter. Motor was balanced and .040 over 350 hp cam. Rear axle is the orginal 8.2 10 bolt mono leaf. Interior appears to be all orginal and in great shape. All seat belts are in great shape and the shoulder strap ones are there too. Horns were rebuilt. Power steering. BF Goodrich radials 15" and rallye wheels with orginal metal center caps. This is a SS clone. Only 350 miles since redone. New rear view mirror and sun visor chrome brackets. New sending unit in gas tank. Water pump and fuel pump are new. New 4 core radiator. All new radiator and heater hoses. Tail lights new gaskets. Floors , rockers, trunk, all solid and odometer says 74,000 .... which in my opinion is the orginal miles as this car is soooo solid. New vinyl top and front and back glass have been out and resealed and new dash pan .. top was sanded and repainted before new top put on. Retro style AM FM radio installed.
