Thank you for viewing my auction. After being disappointed by the other 35th Anniversary SS's out there (both condition wise and price wise) and looking at this one, please feel free to message me. Most with more miles are in the $27K+ range, not nearly as nice as this one. Very rare to find in such excellent, garaged kept condition. It has been in Southern CA since new, and always garaged in a humidity controlled heated and air conditioned garage and parked on top of carpet. It has never been washed, waxed, top down, or interior dressed with Armor-All, etc since taking delivery. He insisted that it not been dealer prepped. It is as close to showroom new as you can get, but driven 1X per week since new, so no tire flat spots, or dried up seals like the others. Absolutely everything works as it should. No odd noises, smells, vibrations, or issues. Stunning color combination. All body panels are original and no paintwork. It is less than you'd think, even coast to coast this time of year, than you'd think. Stops very well with no pulls or moans. Has 4 wheel power discs brakes with ABS. Does not get hot even idling in 110 degree heat for 25 minutes. Goes down the road straight as an arrow. It starts right up and sounds great! Engine oil, oil filter, and air filter are all recent with receipts. Tires are all are around 85% and all original Goodyear GSC ZR rated. Wheels are original and in great shape, even backsides of them have been periodically cleaned!! Many original markings on the immaculate underside, which has been wiped down frequently since new. Look at the incredible original exhaust!! Car needs nothing at all and will continue to climb in value. In my 20 years in the Mustang business, I have rarely seen, owned, or driven a nicer, well maintained, immaculate vehicle! Most would mistake this car for a brand new one. I have owned over 1000 Mustangs, Shelby's, Big Block's, Boss's, Pantera's, Saleen's, Roush's, Cobra's. Lightning's etc, mostly collector models, and rarely see a vehicle (of ANY type) that is over 13 years old and still looks and drives better than new. Interior even still smells new. Cigarette lighter never used. Nothing leaks, drips, or seeps. It is very easy to drive and maneuver. This car gets 25+ MPG on the freeway with ease. It starts the first time, EVERY time. It idles smoothly and does not smoke. No misses or hesitations. Original seat belts are excellent. Factory interior buttons look like new. None of the original silk screening has worn off anything inside. You simply can NOT find another like this. This is a one in a million 35th Anniversary Convertible SS, hands down! Underside, and engine box kept clean since new as is the exterior and interior. Carpet is immaculate and original floor mats are like new. Seats look perfect too. No holes or unraveling anywhere an the original carpeting. Never been smoked in. Still has new car smell. Just look at the pictures, they really explain this 35th Anniversary Convertible SS, hands down, better than I can. A/C is ice cold, and heat hot. A/C is colder than any car I have ever driven. Even on 110+ days here in Palm Springs, CA, after 5-6 minutes, I had to turn the A/C to a higher temperature, unlike all my other vehicles, which will not freeze you like this car! Everything on this amazing 35th Anniversary Convertible SS works. No squeaks, rattles or wind noise. Only flaws at all on this car that I can find or think of is the seat belt holder on driver's side seat is broken (still available from GM), there is a small scuff on passengers side wheel, and there are 2 areas where the paint is scuffed. One on the rear bumper and very hard to see, and one on the rear quarter panel and hard to see unless I point them out and would not show up in pictures. They very well could buff out. Paint and body lines are absolutely beautiful. It is a very classy, sporty, no worry car that will bring years of enjoyment to the buyer. Vehicle is available for inspection and can be shipped anywhere. Out of country buyers welcome too, if you arrange shipping. I can have the car delivered to the Long Beach Port, if need be at your expense. Title in hand with no liens. He was the only owner and first had the car in storage at his home in Newport Beach, CA, then re-titled the car in his name when he moved to his home where he passed away in La Quinta, CA.
