Selling my 1968 Chevrolet C10 Step-side truck. I am the 4th owner of this truck. Truck had a frame off restoration completed in 2007. It was painted back to the original colors with modern high quality paint. Every bolt has been touched on this restore, not painted over rust like a lot of trucks. It has a 194 CI 6 cylinder engine that has been rebuilt and a freshened 3 speed transmission with new clutch. The wood in the bed of the truck is still in perfect condition, nothing has been put in it since the restoration. I have the original invoice, owner's manual, and other items documenting some of the trucks history. Truck starts quick and runs great. The transmission shifts smooth unlike many other 3 speeds out there. The 17" American Racing Torque Thrust wheels give the truck a nice modern look. Truck only has a couple hundred miles on it since restoration and has been garage kept and covered. The interior has been completely redone and is as nice as the exterior. Center “hump” in floor cutout. Steering column cut down 3 ½ inches, restored dash, new oak bed w/stainless trim. Custom built alum. bed cover w/gas shocks, front and rear glass new w/rubber trim & bronze tint, all door & window hardware rebuilt or new, mid. 1970’s style Ansen slotted mag wheels w/ BFG radial T/A 15” tires. This is a nice 1968 Chevy C-10 Stepside Short Wheel Base truck that was restored about 4 years ago but has not been driven much since the rebuild. This truck has slick Black paint on a very straight and solid solid. There is a small crack in the paint on top of passenger Fender but that is only flaw I have seen. The speedometer, Temp and Oil Pressure gauges work. Gas gauge does not work. This is an excellent condition 1972 chevrolet stepside pickup. It has been repainted one time. Truck was originally orange.Nice 350 cu in engine. It has a performance camshaft with roller tip rocker arms. Holley carb and Performer RPM intake. Less than 1000 miles since new. March serpentine belt system. New 3 core radiator and electric fan.with a turbo 400. Original factory 12 bolt rear with 4:10 rear gears. It has a new tilt steering column. New gas tank behind the seat. Electric fuel pump and braided fuel line. Truck has been lowered with spindles 2.5 inches in the front and 4 inch drop springs in the rear. Rides and drives great. Great 2.5 inch exhaust system. New brake system. All mechanical systems have been replaced. All the body panels are original and no rust. The rocker panels were replaced before I got the truck. The inner rockers are original.
