Originally bought off the showroom floor by Mr Thompson he owned this truck for over three decades during which time maintained it and drove it back anf fourth around his little town. When he retired this past year I bought the truck from him. Before selling he had a local engine shop completely rebuild the SBC 350 Engine (new cam, new pistons, valves, etc, etc) - paperwork included! He also added a Custom Paint Job and kept up with maintenance. I purchased this truck purely as a little shop truck going to-and-from Home Depot and the auto parts stores. For reliability I just gave the truck a good overhaul including brand New front ball joints, new tires, brake overhaul with new proportioning valve and flushed all fluids and changed all filters and gaskets. This makes a great daily driver. Overall the truck is in very good condition. It has a few minor rust spots underneath in the normal places and some of the pin striping is peeling. All-in-all it runs, drives, stops and handles very well!
