1968 Chevy CST-10 Frame-Off Restoration Up for sale is my 1968 Chevy CST-10 SWB Pickup Truck. My truck has less than 500miles on a rebuilt motor. I only drive it on the weekends and special occasions. The truck is garage kept. I am selling it to finance a new interest. The paint and body is the straightest you will ever see! No modification to the body has occurred. All glass and rubber are new. It has new Flowmaster Series 40 mufflers, new battery, new chrome fuel pump and tires. I am no gear head but I know what I want and like. At the encouragement of my mechanic I had a chrome Edelbrock double carburetor and intake installed. Installed are double hump 202 heads. A mild camshaft (L88 Corvette). I appreciate originality and tried to stay true to that theme. There are so many things performed on my truck to make it the head tuner it is that I can’t list them all. The interior is in excellent condition, there are no rips or tears. There are no cracks in the dash, nor arm rests. My truck has 40/20/40 seats, tilt steering wheel, and even A/C (upgraded)!!! The truck has a new red/white paint job, there is no body damage and the truck has not been in any accidents. There is absolutely no/zero rust. Mechanically the car runs great and it very powerful, it is extremely fun to drive. I regret having to part with my truck but I have a new project I want to start. This is a one of a kind truck. I know what my truck is worth and I will keep it before I give it away. The undercarriage is just as impressive as the exterior and interior. My truck, is not a truck that has received a nice paint job. This is a frame off restoration!!! None Perfect Areas: If I keep the truck, I would replace the fuse block. On the backside of the fuse block, several of the wire connection has a little corrosion starting. There is an approximate 1” slight scratch on the driver fender. Probably from a careless mechanic but of course nobody will admit to causing it. It’s barely visible and most don’t notice it until I point it out.If I keep the truck, I will finish the engine bay off with a chrome master cylinder.
