A REALLY NICE BARN FIND GMC THAT INCLUDES A NICE 67/68 CHEVY GRILL FOR THOSE WHO PREFER SINGLE HEADLIGHTS. AS A GMC THIS TRUCK CAME WITH LEAF SPRING REAR, HIGHLY DESIRABLE OVER CHEVY COIL REAR. THIS TRUCK WAS PAINTED AND UPDATED IN THE EARLY 90S. 350 CHEVY ENGINE. MILD CAM, SCORPION INTAKE WITH DUAL LINE HOLLEY. 350 AUTO TRANS. FACTORY AUTO COLUMN. POWER STEERING, POWER DISC BRAKES FRONT. CONVERTED TO 5 LUG. 12 BOLT REAR. THIS TRUCK HAS NOT BEEN ON THE ROAD SINCE 2004. THE ENGINE RUNS SMOOTH AND STRONG, NO SMOKE. THE MILEAGE IS UNKNOWN, BUT TOLD IT SHOULD BE CONSIDERED LOW. ENGINE IS VERY CLEAN UNDER VALVE COVERS. THE TIRES LOOK GOOD, BUT UPON CLOSE INSPECTION THERE IS SOME DRY ROT. THE TRUCK IS VERY STRAIGHT. MINOR RUST AS SHOWN IN PICTURES. THE DRIVER DOOR WAS PAINTED AT SOME POINT YEARS AGO. WITH DOOR PANEL REMOVED THERE IS NO DAMAGE EVIDENT, AND IT DOESNT APPEAR DOOR WAS REPLACED AS UPPER FRAME OUTER AND DOOR JAMB FADE MATCH THE REST OF THE TRUCK. TAILGATE WAS NOT WITH THE TRUCK. THERE IS RUST IN BED FLOOR ALONG THE FRONT PANEL. SEE PICS. THE REST OF BED IS PRETTY STRAIGHT WITH VERY FEW SMALL DENTS IN BED OR WHEEL WELLS. ROCKER PANELS AND ONE CAB CORNER NEED REPLACED. LEFT FRONT FENDER MINOR DAMAGE AT TOP MIDDLE WHEEL WELL AND AT BUMPER. RIGHT FRONT FENDER DAMAGE AT BUMPER. THE INTERIOR PICTURES SHOW THE FLOOR WELL. FRAME HAS MINOR SURFACE RUST AND NO APPARENT DAMAGE. THIS TRUCK APPEARS TO HAVE NEVER SEEN SALT. 0NE WEEK AGO GAS TANK REMOVED, VATTED, ETCHED AND THEN SEALED WITH POR15. A NEW SENDING UNIT ALSO INSTALLED AT THAT TIME, ALONG WITH A NEW BATTERY. THE MINOR RUST IN FLOOR WAS ETCHED THEN TOUCH UP PAINTED. PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE post about this truck is a project truck......PLEASE make sure to check out the YouTube link below on this awesome 1967 Chevrolet C10 pickup truck that was in the process of being restored when I purchased it and is not a completed. The patina paint job has not been clear coated yet still in the aging process. This is a great truck that has a running 355 motor with a Cam in it, I don't know the condition of it but it will crank and it runs. The previous owner said he had rebuilt it but, I don’t know how long it has been and I do not guarantee the condition of motor or transmission. The truck has a new battery that I bought for it in April 2015, new muffler system which was installed by the previous owner. The speedometer shows a mileage of 20,767 on the instrument panel for the rebuilt motor, with a three speed on the column manual transmission. I have a clean title for this truck in hand. The previous owner has lowered this truck 4 inches all the way around it does have the 5 lug conversion brake setup with all new brake lines and fuel lines done by the previous owner. The interior of the truck has not been restored and will need to be done by its new owner of this auction. The patina paint job on the truck has not been clear coated are sealed, so as I said previously in this is ad it is a restoration in progress and will need to be completed by its next new owner. I do know that the cab corner floor brace has rust in both the left and right sides. The cab corners have already been replaced by the previous owner. I purchased this truck for resale only and have only had it for a month myself. I have done nothing to this truck, but bought a battery for it as stated earlier.
