I am selling this Beautiful K5 Blazer for my son who has been beautifying it for the last 18 months. we bought it from a guy who lived 20-30 miles away. it had been in their family since it was new though it may have changed ownership. i have a clean title in hand. it has a strong, great running engine which we had tuned up when we bought it. they changed the head gaskets, put on a new alternator, and plug wires and plugs, and changed the oil and serviced the 4x4. it cost about 800 dollars. it does not use any oil at all. then we added a great sounding exhaust system for 350 dollars. new tires which are exactly the tires which came factory on this truck for 1200 dollars, windshield for 120 dollars, paint job complete with new chrome, re-pinning the doors, etc. for 3500 dollars. interior was in great condition but i did have a dash cover installed. everything else just shampood and it all looks great. carpets are faded but look fine and are very clean. this truck has been driven back and forth to school and around town for the last year or so. we have not had a seconds worth of trouble out of it and it is a good vehicle. the electric windows are very slow in cold weather but work fine in the heat. the back electric window does not work. we think it needs a new part which cost 135 dollars but have not gotten around to replacing because its gonna be a pain it the you know what. overall very nice and ready to go. buyer is responsible for picking up or arranging pick up of this vehicle. i will assist however i can.

I started my own lot in 1979 and built it up to the size of any new car dealership with 50 employees, 12 shop bays and well over 100 trucks on the lot, we sold that property and dealership back in 2006 and today nearing 60 years old I am semi retired and opened a small hobby lot located in Carlisle PA. I still have the passion for diesel trucks in which I'm an expert (by the way anyone who does anything successful for 35 years is an expert in my opinion), and I also have the passion just as I did at 18 to help people find the truck of there dreams. I know these old cummins diesel/and 7.3's trucks inside and out and I personally drive one and love these trucks emmensley. Excellent BFG rubber, I've been getting about 23mpg's with it and enjoyed driving it. Interior is not bad some general wear and tear but at 22 years old its nice, awesome body glossey orig paint no accedents, 99% rust free, has some rock chips and small stuff but again for 22 years old its mint for that!! This is my 1982 Chevy Blazer there kinda rare in 2wd and even more rare in this condition. The blazer is lowered and has full front and rear sway bars, QA1 Adjustable shocks front and back. A nice newer Vortex 454 with Weiland intake, Chevy performance valve covers, new 850 Edelbrock carb and a turbo 400 along with a 3.25 rear diff (narrowed with nice tubs,can put wider wheels on it) , Dual exhaust with flomasters but also has Resonators so the sound is nice and deep but does not drone on the Highway. Ice Cold AC New custom leather seats with the middle being able to flip up as a 3rd seat. Dakota digital dash and a real nice big great sounding stereo with JL audio speakers-sub and thumb drive. New rebuilt front end (complete front end) runs drives great. Real nice Truck but I really am just wanting something different, i have had my fun now its time for someone else. I may interested in a Trade of some sort. send me pix of what you have, no rat rods or bikes please. pretty open C5 vette, C3 vette Mercedes convertibles, 1969 camaro,1970 chevelle, Dually ect... will trade up or down but please be realistic as i have allot more into this than im asking. If you look at the pix i had just put new rims on it last week, the Torque thrust's on the back were a little damaged and i wanted a better offset on the back so the new ones are Riddler's, tires are also almost new.

One owner-Always in Texas Well kept with meticulous maintenance records. Everything has been written down in a book by original owner. This is my neighbors and I am selling it for him. He loves it so much that he can not stand to watch it rot in his driveway. The owner will be present at time of sale. 1990 Chevrolet K5 Blazer Silverado 2-Door 5.7L 4x4 Up for sale, is an extremely rare 1990 Chevrolet K5 Blazer. This was purchased "new" in 1991 from a dealer that had used it as a test vehicle. Nearly all of the mileage is from the one owner (my grandfather) since that time. This was used mostly towing a boat to and from lake and rivers or transporting family around town. It was NOT used for off-roading or four wheeling. Under his care for nearly 25 years it was treated well, with regular service performed by him (records he kept are available and come with the original manual). The current tires have less than 5,000 miles on them. The engine runs very well, the A/C works great and all electronic functions work. The power door locks sometimes stick (particularly on the passenger side) and the power windows are slow to roll up and down but do work (including the rear window). There is a crack in one of the side windows (see picture). There is rust on the undercarriage (see picture), some rust on the bumpers, chipping in the front end, the roof is fading, some door dings, the door seals are aging and the side steps do not match. The radio is aftermarket, and intermittently powers off. Considering its age its in very good shape. But lets face it. This is a 25 year old Beast. It sounds like a grizzly bear, runs like a cheetah and can go just about anywhere. If youre an enthusiast and looking for one as close to OEM as possible this is it. The four wheel drive engages and works well, the motor runs strong and its a great ride. They do not makes vehicle like this anymore and doubt ever will again. It was bought in California and has lived here its whole life, with trips to Nevada, Utah and Wyoming. California buyers, a valid SMOG test will be supplied as required by law. All distance buyers, shipping is available, or feel free to fly in and drive it back. Payment options are limited to wire transfers and cash. Cashiers checks are possible if drawn on a national bank, and can be CASHED at that bank locally (B of A, Wells Fargo, Chase, CITI etc). They will not be deposited in my account. A $500 deposit is required to "hold it" which may be paid via PayPal and will be applied to the final price. The remainer may be paid in the above ways. Sorry for the strict rules but its the way it is. this is a 1987 Chevy K5 Blazer 350 TBI ( throttle body injection) 4x4. it has just over 67,000 miles on it. I got it from a florida Classic Car dealership that went through the vehicle before I got it. It was purchased new by Thomas & Marietta Mulinax in Georgia on August 22, 1987. It was sold in 1989 to the second owner in Crouse , North Carolina with about 23k miles. It remained with Owner 2 for about 20 years until it was sold to another North Carolina owner #3. the Vehicle went thru a cosmetic refresh of new paint and interior upholstery. Mechanicals also refreshed ( top end of motor was went through) my guess is most K5's I have had has a little smoke come out of the exhaust when you first crank them. cheap rubber seal on the guide rods. This one doe not at all. I just got a 89 suburban and the owner before me spent $1500 have the top end rebuilt to stop the smoke. New tires where also added. hardly any miles on them, not sure of the miles on them but it can not be many. it was obviously pampered and babied by the prior owners removable lift off top. ( back half) the body has no rust or accident damage, the underside is as nice as the top. I just replaced the Ac compressor, a seal gave way in the back of the compressor, so I had it replaced and the whole system flushed and redone. blows cold. Has a great Dual stage repaint, I see no signs of wear. Which comes to the reason I am selling it, I have 2 kids that are becoming my size. I am 6'5. I bought this as my retirement driver but when we all needed to go somewhere the shoes where getting on everything and no dogs where allowed in it. It stayed in my garage and I seem to only drive it by myself on a nice sunny day. I do not even like to drive it when it rains. I found a great suburban with just enough scratches and wear so the whole family can enjoy it. smog pump is still on the engine and working for those that have to do emission testing. no scratched , no chips, afraid to even think what the paint job cost, i have gotten estimates from $3000 to $5000 or even more. matters who you get. it is getting harder to find these unmolested. No lift or modifications have been done to this K5.( was thinking hard about putting a 3 inch lift on it and 33's) I have taken it to a couple of car shows and it is a big hit. I have Ford A models 1928 and a 1931 and the K5 is getting the same attention as they get. the low mileage , you will have to judge by yourself. the classic car place specializes in low mileage cars but you have to check things out for yourself. with the way the steering is, door hinges being original , pedals and feel of it and just the whole picture of the K5 I think it is right. 1985 Chevrolet K5 Blazer Silverado If you are interested in a one owner, low miles, pampered and garage kept Blazer? This is it! This truck has less than 52,000 miles on the odometer and is verified correct per the Federal Odometer Act for legally titled and registered vehicles. It has never been wrecked or in any type of a collision, never been re-painted, there is no visible rust or rust repair. This vehicle is in excellent condition overall and is an extremely well-maintained original vehicle showing very minimal wear, and the interior is in "like new" condition with no wear areas typically seen in a 29 year old vehicle. The Truck has never been professionally detailed and you can see any, and all driveline oil seeps where they exist. Nothing has been covered up or made to look cleaner than it is. The Air Conditioning system has been switched over to R-134A, blows cold air, and all A/C functions and controls work correctly. The cleanliness of this original Truck is unbelievable and pictures don't do it justice as it looks much better in person. Being the original owner it comes with the original Dealer installed window "Monroney" Sticker and owner's manual.
