There is no problem with the oil pressure it self. The gage reads higher pressure than the way it is actually running. The oil pressure gage is located in the cluster where all the odometer, RPM type gages are in the dash. This is a common problem with these clusters. Most vehicles don't even have a oil pressure gage, but have a oil light instead. The cluster repair is $150. Since this also has an oil light, that will tell you if there is a real oil pressure problem, we are not going to fix it unless you want to pay the $150.
