Head gaskets, rear main seal, exhaust gaskets, J code intake all done about 4 years ago Fresh 4.11 Ring & Pinion gears installed front and rear 3 years ago 700R4 *fully* rebuilt with new case and valve body 2 year ago Drive train is strong and solid Fresh fuel filters (both primary and secondary) replaced 1 year ago Estimated 16+ MPG city and highway 19 Gal fuel tank (IIRC) Already has 3" lift Axels have great flex with leaf spring suspension All body rust and cancer was sheet metal weld repaired by me (NO RUST ON PASSENGER COMPARTMENT!) New AutoZone alternator installed 6 months ago No exhaust leak New CDR valve with custom vaccum manifold 360 degree air filter for unrestricted air flow EGR deleted for unrestricted air flow TRUE DUAL EXHAUST! Class III receiver hitch bolted to frame USGI CUCV grill guard included Fresh valve cover gaskets Transfer case tore down and new gaskets Drop steering arm eliminated bump steer Tracks straight, handles great! All new brakes (Master, calipers and wheel cyl., full bleed) The Bad Both window cranks are stiff, need work... or replacement Needs new tires Dimmer switch needs replacement (High beam not working) Backup lights are on switch, does not work with shift lever Shift indicator does not work (count your clicks) Tilt column is loose (needs fixing) Batteries are coming to end of life soon Trailer light wiring adapter never installed May need new U Joints I think I put a spring in wrong when doing rear brakes Leaks oil from somewhere Odometer does not work Speedometer is WAAY off (I used a GPS for speedometer) Washer fluid squirt needs repair (missing hose, etc..) Virginia inspection sticker is expired Automatic glow plug piece of crap went bad, fixed with manual switch! It handles fine, but needs a "proper" lift kit!
