I am selling my 1995 Chevy Blazer for $2,500. I have had this vehicle for 5 years and drove it all the way through my college years and it is time for me to get a newer vehicle. It currently has 197,000 some odd miles on it but don't allow that to deter away from this great deal. The engine was replaced right before I purchased it and it currently has a newer V6 Vortec engine in it. Also, since I have owned this vehicle, the transmission has been rebuilt so there is no issue there. I just recently, within the past couple of months, put brand new tires, brakes, and a new battery. Also, note that I currently own a deal through Sears where I own a lifetime warrenty on shocks for this truck. I am also throwing in a premium sound system along with the amp (two 12" dual subs in concealed case, dual head unit, capacitor, and 1100 Watt Crunch Preamp all of witch will have to be installed). The only few flaws with this truck is that there is a small ding on the front right side that is only cosmetic, the exhaust is broken off behind the second exhaust sensor, and the back hatch lock is dented but works just fine. This offering is for an Army Surplus Military Chevrolet K5 Blazer M1009 CUCV. It has a 6.2 Liter Diesel engine with 55,000 Miles on the odometer. This is a smooth riding and comfortable truck that tracks straight down the road. You'll never get stuck in the mud or snow. The oil/ oil filter has been changed every 3000 miles and has always been serviced with 15W40 Rotella for the last 20 years. This truck has all of the proper radio tray/mounts inside and the correct antenna mounts on the exterior of the vehicle. When this vehicle was in the military, it served in Europe, specifically West Germany in the late 80's before returning to the U.S.. It does have some rust under the rocker panels and a dent in the front left side of the bumper and fender. A replacement military bumper will be provided with the sale of the vehicle. This vehicle comes with a clear Indiana title and is ready for the road. Please note that pictured radio control head on dash and bumper clevis rings not included in this sale.

This is a nice original condition M1009. Out of the military in 2013 and was used up until release, local air base here in Indiana was it's home. Still has its identifying marks as the Shelbyville 116th air squadron. It looks nice but the body is wet from washing in the photos, the paint is much more faded when its dry. Runs and drives excellent, brand new tires and brand new spare, newer brakes, good exhausts, all glass good. 4x4 works great, it's obviously been well maintained unlike some of these you find on here.. The interior is typical, needs a very, very good clean, dash is cracked due to sun, drivers seat has small tears, but it's all there, just needs a good clean really. Power steering is light and steering is very tight with no pulling or unbalance. Low miles of only 76,600 are genuine and it runs like a vehicle of this low mileage. It has minor rust, the underside is very solid. The driver side rocker panel has small rust holes and the drivers floor pan has a couple of small holes. But I've owned 3 of these and this is the least rusty one I've seen.. It does have some damage to the bottom of the passenger fender from a tire blow out.The truck has 2 full 12 foot AS-3900 spring mount antennas that will be included. One mount is currently on vehicle but the antenna is not fitted in the photos. The other mount just needs to be bolted on. These antenna sets are worth at least $200 a piece. The rear window rolls up and down well and the heater and blower work great.I'm sure there are other things but I can't think of them right now..ASK ALL QUESTIONS BEFORE BIDDING/ BUYING. Please see pictures for body wear and tear. The motor has a knocking noise in the low end. It is not the numbers match motor but is a used replacement. The transmission was replaced with a refreshed one approximately 20k miles ago, all done by a GM Certified Master Technician. To the best of my knowledge everything worked when it was parked except the rear wiper, and the A/C needs a recharge. The driver seat has 2 burn holes. Both front seats are missing a plastic lever on the side for reclining. You can see an oil stain on the ground in the picture from an oil leak. The wife purchased this car in TN before we got together. We gave it to her son to drive in the fall of 2013, he got it stuck in a snow bank and (I believe) overreved the motor trying to get out causing the motor damage. We drove it onto and off of the trailer and parked it where it is now and that was in January 2014. The wife is now ready to move on and wants it gone.
