We have it fully detailed periodically and even make sure it gets a full under carriage wash several times a year. This truck has been a reliable and great SUV for us and is ready for a new home. We hand picked this SUV for the combination of features we find most desirable and reliable. The 5.3 L Gas motor is rock solid and we see them easily go to over 240k miles all the time. The 4x4 system is not full time, the flexibility in 2wd - 4x4 H - 4x4 L are super functional and seems to be less problematic than the AWD options. We prefer the stationary running boards over power as they do not break or get hung up in snowy conditions. Also, easier for children or elders as we have had issues with the power boards causing some people to slip. The color is sharp and timeless. It simply looks good! The size is spacious yet still easy to drive. Unlike some full size suvs we have had in the past, these model suburbans still maneuver easily in parking lots.
