This is an excellent opportunity to own a truly one of a kind truck. Many, many great extras that make this a must see if you're looking for a 73-87 C/K10. ConditionThis truck has no rust (ok, some unavoidable surface "rust", but no pitting or flaking). It was originally from the Pacific Northwest and has been well maintained. Some minor scratches in the paint but overall looks good. It is in great working order mechanically (many new parts, see below), and I currently use it as a daily driver. Features- ZZ4 crate 350 rated at 355 HP and 405 lb-ft torque. The engine was brand new when installed and has about 12k miles on it. A mechanic friend and I installed it a year and a half ago and had another mechanic check our work. Runs great.- Hooker 2453-1HKR Competition Ceramic Headers - new with engine- Bilstein 5100 shocks- Custom leaf springs with heavy duty shackles from OffRoadDesign giving it a 3" front and 3.5" rear suspension lift. These springs combine with the Bilsteins for an unbelievable ride (obviously, still not as good as a brand new truck, but better than any other K10 out there, promise).- new all metal radiator- The interior tub was sprayed with Line-X, as was the bed- New carpet and sound deadening in the cab- Retro-looking digital radio connected to two rear 6x9s mounted in the back corners and 2 subwoofers under the seat- I replaced the normal gauge setup with one from a 78 suburban and replaced the tach**- 33" Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac tires with about 6k mile on them, 1 spare on rim, 1 non-matching spare w/out rim- new aluminum locking camper shell- It is wired for satellite radio- just had the oil changed, running synthetic other new items: door straps, cup holder, alternator, hydraulic clutch assembly, clutch was replaced with the engine, glove box, light switch, fuel tank selector switch, driver side window weather strip, fuel filter, spark plugs - The transmission is a SM465 (very durable, can handle up to 465 kb-ft torque) and in good shape- 12 bolt rear, 10 bolt front with locking hubs **The "new" speedo is not calibrated for 33" tires. It reads about 10% faster than you're actually going, which means the mileage does not reflect exactly either. This didn't concern me too much, but if you want it to be accurate, the fix is fairly easy, just a matter of changing a part in the speedo itself...or live with it. I have receipts for almost all of the work done and items bought. If you have any questions, please ask. I would keep this truck forever, but my work brought me into the city and I drive almost 100 miles/day. You can do the math on that. She needs a new home and some mud/rocks/snow to keep her happy.
