Feel free to message with any questions, but please read the description carefully before doing so: The motor in the car is a 1974 Volvo B20 motor. The cylinders are bored to .120 and aluminum pistons are installed. The 8 bolt crankshaft is polished and turned .010. The cylinder head is matched to the block and is a fuel injected head - note, however, the head is presently is dual carbureted. Steel gears and mild cam. Motor is completely balanced. Pertronix ignition and MSD 6AL box. Very good condition SU carbs that have recently been properly tuned and adjusted. J41 transmission with electronic overdrive. 4spd. The electronic overdrive is your fifth gear that turns on with a toggle switch on the dash once the car is in fourth gear. New tires, rims, paint, exhaust, and much more. Car comes with several boxes of parts as well as a waterproof 4-layer car cover. All work done to vehicle is roughly five years old - paint, motor, transmission, tires, etc. The motor has around six thousand miles, the body has around 120,000. Transmission mileage is unknown but clutch and everything looks brand new. The car leaks no fluids whatsoever. I drive it regularly. I haven't had to put any coolant in it since I have bought it. All of the seals around the windows are new except for the front corner seals around the triangle windows. They are still fully functional and do not leak any water. I was told that the door locks, chrome trim, bumpers, and gas cap are all original to the vehicle. Since owning I have replaced the rubber seals around the turn signals, taillights, trunk handle, and headlights. I have also changed the oil several times with a synthetic blend and new oil filters. I have changed the glass cartridge fuel filter once. The entire interior except roof of the car has been soundproofed. The seats are in good condition and are very comfortable. I was told the radio is original, however, there are no speakers and they would need installed / wired. Included with the vehicle: A brand new uninstalled black vinyl dash, all interior trim pieces (black, appears to be recent paint on all trim), all new labeled bolts/screws for interior trim installation, full carpet and padding, as well as upholstery. None of the interior other than the seats has been installed. The only single item missing from the interior included to make it a complete install would be a headliner, which can be found on Ebay for around $200 (I think...) From the pictures you can see that the car has been lowered (with IPD springs). The KYB shocks and struts have only a few thousand miles on them as well. I am listing this for the owner who is a close friend. This is a Rust free west coast car purchased in Oregon two years ago. The previous owner stated that the engine had been rebuilt prior to his purchase but had no paperwork but assurances from the shop that did the work. The car had spent ten years in a heated ten car garage as part of a collection when he purchased it. Exterior. The car was recently painted the correct Volvo white code# 91. The engine compartment , underside of hood, door jambs, dash, door caps, rear reflector housings, and trunk were painted at this time. All stainless steel trim and insignias are new. There are new stainless steel front and rear bumpers with overiders. The rain gutter chrome was replaced Interior. The interior has been completely restored. All parts were purchased from VP Autoparts. The seat frames were powder coated black. There are new pirelli straps, foam inserts, and a headrest kit was installed. The door panels were replaced. There is a new headliner. The front windshield trim was powder coated black.. New carpet was installed over sound deadening material. There is a new dash .This is a new dash not a plastic cap. There is a Custom Sound am/fm stereo with a iPod cable. There is a new Autometer 3 gauge instrument cluster which shows temp, voltage, and oil pressure. All locks were replaced with new cylinders and keks. door seal gaskets were replaced. The coast for the parts and powder coating was over $3600 which did not include labor. Suspension Brakes Exhaust EngineIPD front and rear sway bars were installed. All rubber bushings were replaced with modern neoprene bushings. The front A arms were pwdercoated river. kyb shocks were installed. The complete exhaust system is new including a refurbished two into one manifold. All brake lines were replaced with stainless steel lines. The front calipers were replaced with new pads installed. The rear drums were rebuilt and new shoes installed. There are 5.5 inch Volvo rims with recent radial tiers. there is a Bosch blue coil and Ipd performance ignition wires and a re-condition Boch distributer. The su carbs were professionally rebuilt. Glass There is a new tinted front windshield. The gasket was replaced at this time. There is a new rear window and rear window gasket.. The rear window has a built in defroster which was a very rare optiopn in 1967. The defroster is wired up to the dash but not yet hooked up.. There are four pieces of stainless steel trim for the rear window which are not installed but include with the car. General. No expense was spared on this vehicle.The vehicle is sold as is and an inspection is welcome . The vehicle odometer shows 50,000 miles but true mileage is not known as it only displays 5 digits.

I have a 1961 (built in 1959) Volvo 122s This is a early model import. I bought this car over 5 years ago in Richmond, CA. The car was in storage (outside) for many years before that. When I purchased the car I did get it running but the fuel tank was rusted and needed repaired or replaced. It has a pretty big rust hole in the floor behind the driver's seat. I have a replacement piece that can be welded in place. There is also rust in the rockers. This is a VERY original car. I think it is a VERY good candidate for restoration, I just don't have the time or place for it anymore. The car is currently not running, When I had the fuel tank boiled out a few years ago (Over $400 at Reno Radiator) I never fully hooked it back up. Also the brake and clutch mater cylinder ( no clutch and no brakes) need to both be rebuilt. I have rebuild kits and also a new fuel sending unit for the car. Original B16 engine, 100% original car. Original AM radio (non-working, I haven't looked into why) I a highly motivated and need to sell the car but I do not want to "give" it away. I have more then $1000 in it, I want to sell it to someone who will restore it and not strip or junk it. I have the CA title, but it's not in my name. This 122 s is equipped with the B18D carbureted 4 cylinder engine, and has been completely rebuilt with all new parts provided by iPd.
