2006 Audi A3 Audi a3 - Needs motor work

2006 Audi A3 for parts Leather interior, heated seats, Automatic transmission - works as it should. Motor that comes with it does not work- timing belt broke while it was driving. The motor and trans are currently out of the car. The motor that comes with it has 119k. I have a clean title on hand from the dealer I purchased it from with my name on it. I have not registered it because I only needed the car's engine for my other A3. If you want it for parts only, then I can hand over the title and bill of sale as is, $1,900 or best offer accepted. If you want this car as a project car to put a motor in it and to register it, then I will have to title it in my name first and I will only accept $1900 firm. Reason being is that I have to pay for the registration and then taxes (~$300 worth) so that I get the new title in hand to be able to transfer it over to you. Dents on driver side doors and hood. Driver headlight broken. Driver fender is in good shape no dents. You will have to organize a tow truck to pick it up and take it to the shipping station if you are out of state.
