This Alfa was restored by its previous owner to be an excellent driver. The engine has been treated to a quality rebuild several years ago and runs incredibly well today and even retains its original factory SPICA fuel injection. The transmission was also rebuilt, and suspension and brakes were also gone through as well. The car was then treated to a beautiful paint job a few years ago and looks fantastic. The interior was reupholsered at this time as well and looks great. The car looks beautiful and is a great find. The fit of the hood, trunk and doors on the car lines up beautifully, and the doors still open and close like the car did when it was brand new. The car runs and drive absolutely beautifully. It fires right up and the throttle is extremely responsive, the brakes are powerful and has a firm pedal, the suspension is very tight and the car handles great with its brand new KONI Red shocks. Click to enlarge Exterior: This beautiful Alfa Romeo GTV looks great finished in Red. The paint has a very "deep" look and has a great shine. When they painted this car they really did a nice job. The panel lines up great and all of the doors, hood and trunk all open and shut with ease and have a solid feel. The body is very straight and "flat" with little if any waves. This car was painted several years ago and still looks really nice. You could take this to a weekend show or use it as a daily driver. When the car was painted it was done properly and the glass was removed and seals etc... The bottom side of the car is quite remarkable. I have found no evidence of floor pan replacement and the floor pans are rust free. The only part that appears to have been patched is the spare tire well (very common as there wasn't sufficent drainage in the spare tire well) The car really has a great look with its beautiful classic Italian body and gorgeous true freshly polished Minilite alloy wheels wrapped in brand new tires. The stainless steel bumpers have been polished and the chrome finish on the grill is like new! Also the badges on the C pilar are brand new as well. All of the gauges are working in excellent condition as are all of the knobs and controls. The only thing that isn't working at the moment is the horn. The back seat is in very nice condition as well and all of the seats are very comfortable as the foam looks to be in excellent condtition. This engine, like the rest of the car, has been well cared for and was treated to a rebuild previously in its life. The car starts right up and does not blow any smoke on start up. The car runs incredibly smooth and never skips a beat. Whether you are at 900rpm or 6,000 rpm the car runs incredibly smooth. This car, and my Ferrari mechanic will agree, pulls very strong for an Alfa and is quite impressive. This GTV also has excellent throttle response and great power. The engine has very strong oil pressure as well and stays nice and cool in Arizonas hot and dry climate. The rebuilt transmission shift perfectly through all the gears and the clutch feels great and is not exhibiting any slipping whatsoever. The gear change is so nice and smooth on this car, the gear lever moves with ease and has a great feel. The 4 wheel disc brakes stop the car incredibly well and have a great solid feel and feature stainless steel braided brake lines. The car tracks down the road straight as an arrow and feels solid driving down the road. All of the lights, signals, are in great working order. This car features freshly polished Mini-lite wheels with brand new tires!!! This car goes down the highway at 80mph with ease!!! This is an extremely reliable car. This car has also recently been treated to a fresh oil change, brand new KONI Red shocks, a brand new exhaust system as well as a rebuilt driveshaft and bearing. 1986 Alfa Romeo GTV6-5-speed manual transmission-84K miles on the car-Sport springs/shocks-Custom Exhaust-Nice TOYO proxes tires, with good amount of tread and very grippy. Wheels are rebalanced.-Interior is in great condition, considering the age of the car. Condition:-There is a dent on the rear driver side quarter panel.-Car ran and drove 2 years ago, after that it was parked and not driven. I've tried to start its few days ago, but i wouldn't start. It just kept cranking and catching up but wouldn't idle longer than 2-3 seconds. -I replaced fuel filter and got a good working fuel pump.-Fuel lines seem to be clogged, some are just old and dry. -Car has a few rust spots above tail lights (see pics)-The whole car was repainted about 5-6 years ago but california sun did it's job, and clear is peeling in some areas.-I have Lean Sale papers on hand, so the buyer can acquire the title in the state of his/her residence with no problem.-Initially, I wanted to restore this car and happily drive it as i love the sound of Alfa 2.5 V6 and I think it's amazing. This car is in good condition, with normal wear and tear of a vehicle this age. It has a little rust in the usual places, the rocker panels, and a small spot to the side of engine. All gauges seem to work, including the upgraded after market radio/cd. The car shifts smoothly, and no grinding at all. It is the fastest GTV6 I've ever had, and this is my third one. Wish to be able to keep it, but downsizing, no room. Good luck bidding!! I have a few records from previous owners. The paint has faded in a few spots.

Thanks for taking a look at our 1971 Alfa Romeo GT Veloce Junior 1300 hotrod. The Alfa Romeo GTV. The world famous canyon carver with that glorious exhaust note. It’s the car you need to try to beat at the short, fast tracks. And she’s going to turn heads whether you're going uptown on a Friday night or down the backside of the corkscrew at Laguna Seca on Saturday morning. A crowd is all but guaranteed at your local car show or cruise night. We acquired this Alfa GTV here in California via ebay in the summer of 2014. It had a clean California title, had not been in an accident and had a well preserved interior. The car was in a body shop and the owner eventually decided the restoration cost was beyond his means. The engine turned freely but was not running. The brakes were locked up. The body had light rust in the quarters and fenders but was otherwise in very nice restorable condition. We began with the metal work. All of the rust was removed and panels were fitted as required. We shaved and filled for that hot rod look. No bumpers, no visible radio antenna and minimal chrome and stainless trim. The car was stripped, glass out, and prepared for paint. We chose Diamond White Pearl Metallic for maximum visual impact. This 3 stage paint process took an entire day just to spray. After a month of curing, we color sanded and polished the paint until it revealed that amazing sizzle of pearlescence and metallic sparkle. The interior was mildly reconditioned and kept as spartan as originally designed. We’re betting a lot of Alfisti will rip out any interior accoutrements in favor of a roll bar and race seats anyway. Twin Weber DCOE 40 carburetors were rebuilt and the electrical was sorted. The entire braking system was replaced including booster, master and slave cylinders, calipers and lines, pads and fluids. All quality parts were sourced from name brand Alfa suppliers like Centerline and Jon Norman. The drivetrain appeared to have been recently rebuilt and she sprang to life with ease. She’s tight and fast with an awesome sound from the Magna Flow pipe. DMVThe title is clear and all documentation is included. No back fees are due. No smog is required for California residents. Exterior.Fresh Diamond White Pearl Metallic that has been color sanded and buffed to a high sheen looks amazing and can be a bit blinding in the sun. Good panel fit. Good chrome and trim. I need 1 guy who wants this car. I bought it next to the airport from an old latino fella. He gave me a bill of sale and I haven't done a thing with this car in 6 months. It runs and has 2 sets of original keys. Its in great original shape. The catalytic convertor is clogged and the key is sticky. I can drive it around but not for long. the old guy told me not to because the cat heats up quick. It sounds like a submarine right now. The car revs right up and is smooth though. You will have to be patient with me as I go through the title process. Check my feedback, people on eBay love my cars and everybody get the papers. Selling a very nice garage find 1972 Alfa Romeo GTV 2000. Car starts up instantly with original Spica fuel injection system. Shifts perfectly in all gears. Performance camshafts installed and has great power through all the gears. New radiator installed. This car has full records and documents back to 1980. The car does not smoke and has no strange odors when driving it. The exhaust system is tight with no leaks. Overall a very nice driving GTV that starts up easily and pulls hard with no smoke or rich running conditions. Body is exceptionally dry and rustfree with rockers having been replaced in early 80's and stored indoors ever since. Straight lines. The doors open and close nicely with none of the typical hinge sag that you often see on these cars. This is an original silver car (AR 727) with black interior. Nice original interior with the original wood steering wheel and clean original headliner. Front seats each have a split seam, but overall very nice. All the electrics and lights are working on this GTV. It has the Cibie H1 main headlights wired on proper relays and yellow fog lights on the fog light switch. The car was orginally sold in Boulder, Co and has been in state all it's life with just 2 previous owners. Chassis number #11501.3020800 was built on the 4th of August, 1972 Suspension is Ward & Dean springs, and Ward & Dean front anit-roll bar with Koni Red shocks. Cromodora 14x6 wheels in superb original condition with the original centercaps. No bends in the wheels. These are date coded 1984 so they are the lighter alloy Cromodoras as opposed to the heavy replacements commonly available today. Tires should be replaced. This is a 1982 Alfa Romeo GTV 6 that has a CALLAWAY TWIN TURBO MOTOR and 3.0 liter TRANSMISSION. The motor was sourced from a 1985 GTV 6 that was prepared by Callaway and had been in an accident. At the time, this car was prepared as a street / time trial car. It has a special fuel injection system and a transaxle from a 3.0 Milano. It has an Autopower Roll Cage. The car is in primer as pictured. It runs and drives, but has not been driven regularly. If you own a nice GTV 6 and want to buy this just for the motor. You can take this car and make it into whatever you like hot street / track car. Car currently has the original period blue interior. I have a blue re-upholstered interior that can go with the car if you want it. Once again, it depends on the direction you are planning to take. The Callaway style hood intake scoop is in the trunk as pictured along with all the other parts necessary to return it to street configuration, I can even provide original carpet if desired. This stunning 3 owner San Francisco owned GTV was first sold on January 14, 1976 by Europa Cars on Van Ness in San Francisco California. The car was under the care of the first owner in San Francisco until 1992 where the second owner, a resident of San Francisco as well, bought the car on May 12, 1992 and kept it until selling the car to the third and final owner sometime in 2006/2007. The car is accompanied with an exceptional amount of documentation and service history dating back to brand new and documents the mileage on the car as 60,240. This GTV’s paint finish is absolutely beautiful, the paint retains and deep luster and shine. The car had a full tear down and repaint sometime when the third owner took possession of the car. The trim is in excellent condition and all of the chrome looks like it could have been done some years ago but still retaining a very nice shine with few flaws. All of the seals look to be in good condition showing minimal age. The interior is in excellent condition. There are no rips, tears or any stains on the any of the carpets or vinyl anywhere. The dashboard does not have any cracks or damage and the wood is all in excellent condition. The engine starts right up and does not smoke under start up or acceleration. It runs and drives beautifully and revs freely and through all of the gears with ease. The engine pulls incredibly strong and smooth and the transmission is butter to shift through all of the gears. There are no issues with grinding or slipping in the clutch or the transmission. The brakes feel excellent and solid and free from any fade or grinding. The steering is nice and tight as is the suspension. All of the electronics in the car appear to be operating as designed. The headlights (including the yellow fog lights) all work as well as the brake lights, side marker lights, reverse lights, taillights, interior lights, dash lights, courtesy lights and turn signals are all functioning. The tires have excellent tread life on them with at least 80% left. The engine is a matching numbers engine and there appears to be no modifications done to the engine or performance of the car. This is truly an exceptional example that has been well cared for its entire life as evident in the condition of the car and by all of the documentation and service history accompanying.
