The 2.7T engine and twin turbos provide a lot of power; not rebuilt.

I have all or most records in hand for services done in the last 4 years or so. New ignion coils, water tempature sensor,2 rear tires, serpentine belt, tentioner, mass air flow sensor, battery, front brake pads, fuel filter, outer axle boot, oil pump and oxygen sensor have all been replaced in the last year. I am the second owner of this 2002 Audi A6 4.2 AWD four-door sedan in ming blue exterior and light grey leather interior. The body is in very good condition with no dents or rust. This is some light chipping and "road rash" on front of the hood and fender flares, as expected for a car of this age and mileage. One light scratch is present on the trunk. The paint is otherwise rich and vibrant without fading or visible deterioration of the gelcoat. The interior is very clean. Seat leather is soft with no cracking or fading. The wood grain accents that complement the interior are without cracks or chipping of the finish. There is some light fading of print on some buttons consistent with regular use. One radio preset button is missing. Specific wear/fading of leather and plastic can be seen on the top of the steering wheel, driver's door handle/armrest, and around the ignition key cylinder. This car was just inspected in October in Pennsylvania by a qualified Audi dealer. Within the past 18 months, service includes:Four (4) new tires (less than 5k miles have been put on the tires);New brake pads, rotors, and calipers;New front axle boots;New oil pan gasket and oil filter/fluid change; andComplete replacement of timing chain, serpentine belt, cam tensioners, valve cover gaskets, etc.As anyone who knows cars can attest, timing chain replacement is a big-ticket maintenance item in an older car - and it was just done on this vehicle within the last 100 miles. Two (2) known, lesser mechanical issues:Driver's side window does not easily close. A qualified Audi dealer replaced the window guides and then later determined the motor and regulator also need replaced. Since I infrequently use the window, I elected not to repair it.Headlamp leveling adjust dash light warning. This, too, has been looked at by a qualified Audi dealer. It does NOT affect the headlamps from proper illumination of the road - they function as intended, so I elected not to repair it.Records and additional photographs are available. I drove the car sparingly while I owned it and after 14 years, it only has 104,100 miles. As an adult male, I have been the only driver. No one has smoked in this car. The interior is immaculate and in very good condition. The car has a few dings but nothing too visible. The tires probably need to be replaced but that is up to the next buyer. The car runs very well and I have had it regularly serviced. I love the car and recently bought a new Audi A6 and cannot keep two cars. I am asking $3,500. On top of that, it has nearly every possible option including Bose Sound, Xenon HID Headlamps, Leather Interior, and MUCH MUCH more! MAKE YOUR OFFER NOW!! The interior of this car is in remarkably good condition. The platinum gray premium leather seats are in excellent shape, as is the dash and the carpets. There isn't even any wear on the drivers seat bolster. The car has Audi's Dual Zone automatic climate control which works properly. The cabin is illuminated with beautiful red backlit buttons and red ambient lighting. The gauges are white and red electroluminescent with silver rings around them. This car has Audi's Bose audio with CD changer (in dash!) and Cassette. It works greatand sounds awesome. There is even a subwoofer in the trunk for great sounding bass. For safety, this A6 has, of course, dual front airbags, as well as front side airbags. It also has sideguard side curtain airbags for the front and rear passangers. The interior is also trimmed in beautiful genuine dark walnut wood. The outside of this Audi is beautiful and is finished in stunning and popular Ming Blue metallic paint. The finish is brilliant, and realy just striking. The exterior of this car is gorgeous. The paint still has a beautiful shine to it, and it is clear that this car was garaged and well cared for by its previous owner. There are, of course, some minor imperfections which are visible in the pictures. There are some scratches on the rear bumper from parking and some other minor imperfections. There is a missing trim piece at the bottom of the drivers side door, however we expect to have a replacement for that in the next few days. This A6 also has the xenon gas discharge headlamps which are an absolute treat to have if you've never owned a car with them. The tires are in good condition and are matching. The brakes are in very good shapeand feel very good. The car is very smooth on the highway with no shakes or vibrations. The transmission feels great. As part of our process to prepare the cars for retail sale, our service department completes a large multi-point inspection where the car's functions and systems are tested.
