This Windstar Wagon is in very good condition and the 3.8 liter V6 runs well. This LX model comes with a nice selection of comfort and convenience features. A Braun power-operated wheelchair lift, an EZ-Lock wheelchair dock have been added, as well as safely harnesses. The van has been converted to a Hi-Top so you have extra headroom inside. The Braun lift has a hand-held control unit that unfolds and lowers the lift in just 2 steps. The same switches let you retract the lift back in to the van. The EZ-Lock system comes with the bracket that attaches to the bottom of a wheelchair. Factory features and options include power windows, locks and mirrors, remote entry, cold air conditioning, rear air conditioning, tilt wheel, cruise control, an AM/FM/Cassette stereo, and an overhead storage console. 2001 Ford Windstar Sport SE This Wagon belonged to a Center for Senior Citizens. Since new with 16 miles. It was only used for transporting Senior Citizens to Doctor's appointments. Equipment -3.8 V6 Motor-Automatic Transmission-Front & Rear Air Conditioning-Power Windows-Power Locks-Power Mirrors-Keyless Entry System with Hand Held Remote-Tilt Steering-Cruise Control-Am/FM Cassette Stereo-Leather Seats-Front Bucket Sears - Rear Bucket Seats with Center Console & Removable 3rd Row Seat-Rear Defroster-Aluminum Allow Wheels Condition Mechanical (Motor, Trans, Suspension, Exhaust Etc...) Excellent! The maintenance has been kept vigilantly. All mechanical components are excellent as might be expected. Body & Paint The body is excellent with no dents or door dings. There is one very small ripple like spot on the driver side of the front bumper that is barely noticeable and does not show up in photos, just making you aware of it. It does have a few paint nicks from removal of the senior center decals from the doors and the usual Ford factory paint flaws as well. Clear coat peeling on the tail gate and some places where the paint has also peeled and touched up. The van looks really nice overall, but want you to know that these issues are there. The thing you notice about this wagon when walking up to it is how nice it looks. Interior The interior is almost flawless, just minor wear. It still smells like a new car inside and never smoked in. Wheels & Tires Excellent! The wheels have never even been stained with brake dust. The tires do not have many miles on them at all. Glass Excellent! SummaryThis is such an excellent van. In light of the miles, care and overall condition of the Windstar any flaws are minor and it really is very nice. It is like driving a brand new Windstar.
