Up for sale is probably the cleanest, low-mileage (nationwide!), tastefully modified B5 S4 on the market right now!! This 2001.5 Audi S4 sedan has been my baby since it was purchased back in 2006 from the original owner in MA (I’m the 2nd owner) and has lived here in Miami, FL ever since. Daily driven for about 2.5 yrs and then stored under car-cover and reserved for weekends, track events and car shows/gatherings. The car only has 47,840 on the odometer and has never been eaten in, smoked in, or used to carry pets. The rear seats have probably only been sat in a handful of time and it shows - They still look and smell BRAND NEW!!! I have the clean title in-hand, which shows only one minor fender bender from the original owner (right rear bumper hit from someone in a shopping mall).I ran Motul and then German Castrol in the car since ownership and changed it every 4-5k miles, depending on the need. I just installed a brand-new, FULL-size Bosch battery about a month ago, and about 2-weeks ago I installed all new spark plugs (NGK copper), cabin filter, airbox filter, and performed a complete power-steering fluid flush and replaced the reservoir with a new unit! The car has a brand-new, adjustable suspension just installed on the car about a month ago, and a full timing belt job (ECS 'Ultimate Plus' kit) was completed in February of THIS year by WolfCars of Miami. The car has been well cared for more than 10 yrs under my watch and it pains me to let it go, but a growing family requires time I no longer have to maintain and enjoy her. This Audi was well maintained and would make a great project car to either put a stock turbo motor and transmission in or to build with a TT and upgraded specs. In addition to the stock parts of the car there are aftermarket upgraded intercoolers, a water/ ethanol injection control system. There is a subwoofer and amp for the radio, the amp is a Rockford Fosgate Punch P450.4 4 channel and there is a Jensen power Amplifier mounted to top of sub woofer box. Please read full description below before making an offer or purchasing the car. We are selling this Audi for a good friend and he has a clear PA title ready to transfer, as soon as vehicle is paid for it will take less than 3 business days or less for us to have all paperwork in order for transfer to new owner. This car has NO MOTOR, NO TRANSMISSION and NO REAR DIFFERENTIAL....This S4 had a built TT motor and synchro 6 speed transmission but engine was cooked and drivetrain was pulled out to be built/rebuilt and this project did not get completed and car and drivetrain have since become separated. Headlights, clutch, fly wheel and drive shaft are in the trunk. The lower grille marker/fog lights are also missing. Otherwise car looks complete. Underside shows some shallow pan dents from probably bottoming out and has some surface rust in a few areas but no rot or significant problems. Door edges and rockers are exceptional. Appears to have been a southern car and has not seen snow since coming to PA. Other issues include some small paint chips on hood, fender edges and one door handle that we see. Also bumper facia ends are unhooked from engine removal to get to intercoolers and both ends show a broken tab that would be hidden when reinstalled. Lower center grille tabs are popped out of bumper cover on bottom edge. One headlight has a broken tab, trunk does not open with key and power trunk release must be used. The LH rear trunk deck speaker cover/grille is broken. Drivers door weather stripping is falling out of place and need resecured. The front seats show a bit of wear with some creasing but no rips, no tears and no holes. Center arm rest lid latch is broken. Shifter bezel front conceal moulding has a broken tab. The wheels look like they were very nice when new and someone painted over them black at some point and they need to be repainted or painted better. The rear license plate bracket is broken an needs replaced. This 2001 Audi S4 is the quintessential sleeper car that Audi fans know and love. This example is a 2001 in the classic German silver over black leather and wood grain interior accents. It was sold in CA and made its way to NC a few years ago. It only has 90,924 miles on it and just had all the major services completed.Engine & Drivetrain:The vehicle had been stored in our warehouse for a number of years. We decided to offer it for sale so we performed all the major services to pass along a solid car to the next owner. The timing belt was replaced, the valve cover gaskets were replaced (including the timing chain tensioner gaskets which are not included in most valve cover gasket jobs), the fuel pump replaced, the coolant tank was replaced and system flushed, power steering lines replaced and refilled, fresh brake fluid and a host of other maintenance items. The car starts easily, idles and runs great, no slipping in the clutch and the turbos are in great shape without any smoke at start-up or during operation. This is an unmolested example of Audi's classic four door turbo v6 sedan. It has never been lowered or chipped. The only modification are the tinted windows.Body:The exterior of the car is in great shape. Since the car is from CA and sat inside a warehouse since arriving from CA, there is virtually no rust on the car anywhere. The the front bumper has been replaced. It was badly damaged over the years so we decided to replace it rather than fix it. Used bumpers were in similar shape or had been poorly repaired. We ordered a brand new bumper from Audi and had it painted. We also painted the hood and fenders to match the fresh paint on the bumper. The rest of the car has great paint. There are a few spots on the rear bumper where it had been previously repainted. The car has just been detailed and a fresh coat of wax has been applied to seal the paint. The sale also includes a California weathershield car cover which was $289 new.Suspension & Brakes:The entire suspension & brake setup is OEM.Interior:The seats and carpet are in very good shape. There are signs of wear but no rips, tears or obvious signs of abrasion normally found on the edge of the drivers seat. The window switches and lock buttons are not excessively worn. The leather is still extremely soft and the vehicle smells like a new car inside.Records:The sale comes with all the vehicle records dating back to 2001.The vehicle is available for immediate sale as the title is in hand.

2001 Audi S4 Avant for sale! This car is in EXCELLENT condition! It is a twin turbo, all wheel drive and super fun to drive. All maintenance was done around 94k miles (timing chains etc.). The car is bone stock, adult driven, and never been raced. It has power everything, two tone leather and suede interior, sunroof- loaded! Interior is in top condition.
