'99 Toyota Celica GT LiftbackFour-Speed Automatic Transmission+130 HP, 2.2 L I -4 EngineEPA: 22 City / 28 HighwayRatings/ReviewsKBB: 9.2 /10Edmunds: 4.5 StarsI am the second owner of this car -- and if it weren't for its small size, I'd be keeping it. I bought it in 2013 at 73k miles for its reputation of reliability (of course among other things), and it has not once disappointed me -- I've only had to replace the battery and a few accessory belts. The original owner lived in Ohio, but commuted to a Florida home for vacation where the car was garage kept - must see to appreciate. Comes with original manuals, sticker price, and original floor mats.PROS- No accidents, clean title- Paint is BRIGHT and vibrant - really must see to believe- New battery- A/C blows cold- Tires have over 75%+ tread. Each tire has under 14,000 Miles- Three are from the same set. Right front tire is 5 months old and has less than 2,000 miles on it. - Non-Smoker- Interior is in great condition, extremely minor wear and tear (will provide plenty of pictures) - Keyless entry with alarm system- Power sliding sunroof, power windows, dual power rearview mirrors, power door locks- 15.9 Gallon fuel tank- ABS Brakes- Leather steering wheel & shift knob- Stops on a dime - the brakes are SOLID and have saved me a lot of head aches- Clean titleCONS (See pictures - toward end of album)- Top coat peeling on the spoiler -- this is the biggest flaw the car has. (See picture)- Driver's side door panel (cloth) interior has been reattached after it began to sag. It has small stains and isn't completely smooth on the door panel - Will need a boot on the left axle at some point. Was advised that it is not a necessary repair as of now and may be years until it is actually necessary - $200 for parts and labor- Needs tire rotation- Snall scratches near driver's side rear view mirror - difficult to catch on camera, but will post as soon as possible. I can only sell the car if you are able to pick it up, and can pay with cash or money. Feel free to contact me if interested. I have more pictures, as well as a Car Fax history report. I can take specific pictures/videos as requested. Thank you!

This is a one of a kind Toyota Celica. You don't see these cars in this kind of shape too often either. The basic car was a loaded 1999 Celica GT, 5 speed manual transmission, red exterior on tan leather interior. Since buying the car in 2006 bone stock, here is what has been accomplished: Engine and Performance Modifications:1993 2nd Gen MR2 Turbo 3S-GTE motor swap, dyno tuned to 250 WHP and 260 WTQ.100% Custom 3" stainless steel Exhaust system utilizing Magnaflow Resonator and Mufflerebay 3S-GTE downpipeFront Mount Intercooler conversion (stock 3S-GTE system is a top mount inefficient setup)AFM relocation to lower fender area in front of tireGReddy Profec Spec B electronic boost controller (16-18 PSI depending on temperature outside)PerfectPower SMT6 Piggyback ECUTRD Short Throw Shifter (Yes, a REAL TRD Shifter with TRD shift knob)Tein S-Tech lowering springsHybrid Spec Stage 2 clutch (3S-GTE flywheel, 5S-FE disc and pressure plate, stock S54 transmission) Exterior Modifications:Custom Paint (base red with a copper pearl metallic clear coat)Shaved Door Handles and front side marker lights on front fenders (using side markers in projector housings)DCW SSIII Splitters front and rear (side skirts are factory)DCW Duckbill Spoiler, molded into rear hatchTenzo R DC5 18x8 Wheels with Nitto Neogen 225/40-18 Tires (all in good shape)15% side and rear window tintJDM Projector Low and High beam headlampsCustom Devil Horn Toyota Logo's front and rearDDM Tuning 55w 6000K HID's in low beams Interior Modifications:DCW Gauge Cluster Cover, 2nd ever madeDCW Triple Gauge Pod with Autometer Nexus Oil Pressure, Oil Temp, and Boost/Vac gauges ($1K for gauges and controller)Combination of red/black carbon fiber trim stickers with a couple of pieces having been custom wrapped in REAL red/black carbon fiber by myselfKenwood DDX-812 7" DVD in-dash touch screen head unit (No NAV, but the NAV module is under $200 at this point if you wanted it)TRD Short Throw Shifter and KnobDoggy (6gc.net member) Shift boot, E-Brake Boot, and armrest cover, custom Devil Horn Toyota Logo on arm rest coverAlarm system with door poppers for both side doors and custom mounted popper for the hatch release also. Access the car via remote, key access through hatch only as a backup.JDM Aluminum Door Sills (hard to find in nice shape) Subject to editing, I'm sure there's stuff I'm forgetting. The car is solid, clean, rust free, and reliable. A real head turner. Does NOT sound ricey at all, has a very deep throaty sound for a little 4 cylinder. Very reliable, gets 22-24 MPG using premium fuel ONLY. Literally turn key, hop in it and go. This car was featured in the 2010 6GC.Net calendar and was selected as the cover car for that same 2010 calendar also. A copy of this calendar will also be provided with the vehicle. The engine when swapped in had approx 60K miles, and was swapped at 135K on the body odometer. Currently showing around 165000 miles, so roughly 90K miles on the motor. Barely broken in for a Toyota. The bad:Shocks need to be replaced. I had coilovers planned but never got to them.Front splitters have been roughly refinished and up close it shows. From 10 feet away it's hard to notice, but I'm trying to be forthcoming about everything. There is a scratch in the front drivers fender that I filled with paint, as well as minor chips here and there (B-Pillar has a couple, one by the drivers high beam, one on drivers mirror). Normal issues from a few years of daily driving duties. NOTHING MAJOR.There is a leak at the oil pan that will leave a few drops after you've driven and parked. I just never had time to drop the pan and reseal it, and it's my fault because when I had the pan off for the oil temp sensor installation (welded bung) I got a poor seal when I put it back on. ALSO TO BE INCLUDED WITH THE CAR SALE:Binder of reciepts from all modifications done to the car since purchase in 2006. Receipts, manuals, notes, rolling tally showing over $25,000 invested into the car. It's a 3" thick FULL binder documenting everything.A set of ST205 GT4 front brake calipers. I've had these for YEARS but never got around to installing them. They're easy to adapt now a days, but not in 2009 when I wanted to do them. The car has a clean title in hand, clear of any liens. The car has never been in a major accident, but has had three damage instances since my ownership. Had a big 1/4 panel dent from a shopping cart, I hit a deer once, and a fender bender, all of which were professionally repaired and helped to move the car into the shape it is today. I guarantee you won't see another car like this very often. Clean, well kept, reliable, and fun. 2700lbs and 250 WHP is a great power to weight ratio to scoot around in. Please contact me if you would like any further information or more pictures of anything specific. Terms of sale:Non-Refundable Deposit of $500 due via paypal within 3 days of successful purchase commitment.Remaining balance of negotiated price due via cash or cashiers check at the time of vehicle pickup.Buyer responsible to arrange any and all shipping arrangements. If within 2 1/2 hours of Fort Wayne, IN, I can deliver the vehicle at no cost.No warranty is expressed or implied with car. It is sold AS-IS.I am willing to work with the right buyer on logistics if a deal is made, I'm here to help. Thanks for looking!

I am selling my former project car and daily driver. This is a 1992 Toyota Celica convertible and it has about 160,000 miles on it. I am the third owner, and probably the only owner who has bothered to take care of the car. It has a manual transmission, power everything, CD/Tape, and the driver seat has adjustable power lumbar and side-bolster support.I bought it in 2004 and drove it for years before having a second kid and so it's been sitting for most of the last 2 years. I started it every couple of months just to make sure it still ran. This was about the same until a few weeks ago when I tried to start it. It still runs, but the engine makes a knocking noise under heavy acceleration and there's a lot of oil around the seals at the top, so my guess is that it's on its way out. It can still be driven, but neither very quickly nor under heavy loads.I have to reiterate: The engine needs major work or a replacement. This will be a project or parts car, even though it technically still runs. I would not recommend driving it far, but it would be a fun project car. You could probably drive it back to your house if you live about 20 miles away, but I would recommend having a friend follow you in a more reliable car, just in case. That being said, if you plan on replacing the engine, count on about $2000 if you have a shop do it, maybe $500-800 if you do it yourself, and then you've got yourself a running, fun-to-drive, convertible for between $2-3K.The handling is great, the tires still have plenty of tread, the sound system is nice, and the A/C actually blows cold. The convertible top works, but there's a small hole near the top of the clear plastic window where it meets the canvas (one of the pictures shows this). I upgraded the mirrors to the power-folding variety, which means when you push a button, they fold toward the body of the car. It's pretty awesome. The paint has seen better days and the cruise control hasn't worked for years. The car was hit on the driver side before I owned it (1999 according to the carfax) and there is some body damage behind the driver side door because of this (see photos for closeup). The damage doesn't look great, but it also hasn't gotten worse since I've owned it. The interior is fair, but dirty. It would look decent with a good cleaning. It used to be a lot of fun, and probably still could be, but like I said, the motor's going to need work and I don't have the time or resources anymore. I'm asking $800 or best reasonable offer. Title is good and in hand.I think I've covered everything, but if you have questions, please ask me.

It has a 1999 Toyota Tacoma 2rz-fe engine with a Cummins turbo bolted to it and a W58 Supra transmission.-This car is VERY close to running, maybe a few things tinkered with and also needs the ECU installed when it comes back from the dealer and also a tune. There is nothing mechanically wrong with the engine, I drove it from Georgia to South Florida last November no issues. -When I bought the car last July it was still running the 2rz factory ecu and harness and was running pretty terribly so I decided to take the old harness out and buy a standalone ECU and new harness. I went with a Microtech EFI ECU. -I wired the car up and tried starting it but the ECU is being sent out for reprogramming, but does come with the car. The wiring harness has been freshly soldered and heatshrink wrapped at all connections. -Since I have had the car I have fixed some things such as a hole in the oil pan, I welded a new crossmember, new steel braided oil return line and aluminum fittings, cleaned up the engine bay wiring, new shocks, new tires, and an alignment. -The engine mounts should be replaced, there is light body damage in the rear drivers quarter panel from where the previous owners wife backed into it, the ECU needs to be installed when it comes back from the dealer and the car needs a tune. -There is minimal rust in this car, and where there is rust it hasn't gotten too far yet to be stopped. These things are hard to find without a ton of rust. The underbody is in good shape as well. -I do not have the front or back bumper.-No A/C or heat, as it had none when I purchased it.-Interior is okay looking, some tears but not bad. Front seats are not original seats. I was going to put Mercedes SLK Seats in it, just have not yet. Those can go with the car if you would like them. **You will handle shipping costs that are needed to get the car to you.** It's a very fun car to drive and super light weight so even with minimal horsepower it's awesome. $6,500 OBO Send a message if you would like any specific pictures or have any questions that I have not covered. *Willing to transport/deliver up to 200 miles with payment of asking price if needed*

I’m selling my Canadian 1992 Toyota Celica All-trac/GT4 (Turbo 4 wheel drive). Apparently these All-trac/GT4 are rare given that there weren’t many sold in 1992-93 and there aren’t many good examples still around. I've seen stock Alltracs in decent condition fetching anywhere from $4000-$8000. I purchased my Alltrac (stock at the time) a handful of years ago from a older gentle man in Richmond hill for $5000.00. The reason I'm considering to sell my car is that I have way too many toys. This car is a true Canadian North American survivor. It’s an all original clean title no accidents black All-trac with 122xxx Canadian kms not miles. Power everything (Power windows, Power mirrors, Power door locks, Power steering, Electric adjustable driver seat (lumbar and side support), Sunroof, A/C, Auto climate control, "Speaker 10" system (10 speaker system), etc.) I’ve recently swapped the motor and transmission for a stronger and newer 3SGTE (Gen 4 3SGTE including matching rare manual transmission) coming out of a Toyota Caldina (1999-2002). Car is set to 1 bar (14 psi) and I believe makes approx 300hp for 300 ft.tq. Car drives like a dream. Body on a scale out of 10 would be a 7 (has a tiny amount of surface rust in the wheel wells, under carriage and could use a cut/buff/polish on the paint (I just have no time to do it) Passes e-test with flying colors (have a valid e-test on hand) and safety. Maintenance is always up-kept with: 1st oil change done since swap with Motul 10w40. (going forward I personally like to change oil at 3500-5000 kms) Transfer case, Transmission, Differential fluid with Motul 300v 75w90 gear oil. (going forward I personally like to do it annually) Brake fluid and clutch fluid is Motul RBF 660 done annually as well. A very intensive parts cost list (typically at cost) not including labor of course is listed below of all the items I have recently upgraded the car with. Everything is practically new: Gen 4 3SGTE, manual transmission (rare/ difficult to find) & ECU out of 1999-2002 Toyota Caldina - $2000 All the maintenance items ($600) was replaced with OEM parts: Timing belt,Tensioner, Pullies, Idlers, Water pump, Thermostat, Gaskets, Spark plugs, Fuel filter, etc. Custom fuel line with earls fitting for gas tank and fuel feed line $200 Samco silicone hoses $150 Mishimoto Thick aluminum rad $300 Flex a lite slim dual fans $250 Blitz Blow Off Valve -$150 AEM dry flow intake and piping $100 Stainless steel clutch line $100 Suspension: BC RM fully adjustable racing coilovers with inverted oil struts (preload, height, compression and rebound adjustable) $2000 Whiteline rear swaybar and endlinks $300 Twosrus stainless steel front sway bar endlinks $300 Goodridge stainless steel brake lines $100 Porterfield R4S front and rear brake pads $150 OEM front and rear rotors $300 OEM handbrake cables $200 New ball joints $100 Exhaust: HKS silent Hipower exhaust system $750 Trackforged Mid pipe, with removable decat/test pipe and removable high flow catalytic converter (all v-band) $750 OEM copper fin heater core $600 OEM fender liners $200 Tweak’d performance custom braided wiring harness with milspec connector $1500 Custom wire tuck fuse box relocated to glove compartment and battery relocated to trunk Yellow top optima battery $140 Solid differential kit $300 Delrin engine mounts $150 Extra set of oem engine mounts $400 LED customizable (blue, red, green, white, purple, etc.) dash lights $200 TWM short shifter, extender and shift knob $200 Poly cusco exhaust mounts $50 Michelin X-Ice 2 mounted on stock rims 90% tread $600 Viper 5920 Alarm and starter $500 Shifter bushings at base and tranny $100 92-93 JDM rear corner lenses $200 Extras below are not included and can be negotiated in addition to the asking price: Custom color & offset Work Meister S1Rs - $3200 (These wheels are $1000/wheel retail, I got them at cost) Color: Bronze matt center & Anodized bronze lip Size: 18 x 9.5 ET 35 18 x 9.5 ET 10 Tires: Yokohama S Drives 240/40/18 $800 Project kics r40 black lug nuts $160 Exedy Hyper single clutch $1500 OEM RC front end uninstalled (aluminum rebar, bumper skin, mesh covers, etc.) $1200 Rare Savage full lip kit (front lip, rear lip and side skirts) $800 HKS EVC-S Boost controller $500 Audio: 2 Kicker shallow 8 inch subs for front doors $600 Alpine Type R rear speakers $200 Alpine M-500 sub $200 12inch Alpine Type R sub + custom box $400 Capacitor $50 Items seen in pictures (Defi gauges, Pioneer deck, steering wheel are not included in the sale) Feel free to text or call if there are any questions. 416-887-0454

I have owned this car for the last 10 years and it has served our family very well. Currently runs well. 180,000 miles on the body, rebuilt engine with about 75,000k on it. Rear wheel drive. 2.4lt. 22-RE engine fuel injected. New tires. Rebuilt alternator 6 months ago. Rear differential rebuilt 5 years ago. Convertible works in manual mode. Newer exhaust. No large dents. Auto windows work. Small tear on the conv. top. Needs lots of electrical work. Auto top does not work. Dash is cracked. Auto door locks need work. Cruise control does not work. Head lights/tail lights are hooked up manually. Has some minor dents and scratches on the body. Top leaks. Trunk and gas door latches don't work. Plastic window trim are peeling. Speedometer not working correctly. Needs rear brakes. Small oil leak and tranny leak. Engine Appears greasy. No radio. Has defects all around the car nothing major but selling as is for a restoration project or just to drive as is. Must see in person to appreciate. Can provide more pics. No accidents that I am aware of. I have documentation on the engine rebuild from 1999. Title in hand open for offers. This car is 1 of 4600 made with less than 1000 made with manual transmissions. I know the rarity of this car and the possible future value. Toyota euthusists will love this!! Please call me and ask questions before placing a bid. Hi There-I've had an E-bay account for over 10 years. In that time I have NEVER had a single negative transaction. I've never sold a car on E-bay largely because I've been concerned about properly representing the vehicle I'm selling and attracting fair bidders. There's nothing to the imagination about putting a car on CL or Auto Trader because by in large people come to see your car. As a very honest buyer and seller I'm going to do my level best to tell you the good and bad (though there's nothing really bad here to report). If you have any questions, PLEASE ask prior to bidding. I'm here to put your mind (and mine) at ease. Up for sale is my own personal clean title/pink slip 1999 Toyota Celica Convertible. It is triple black, with less then 68,000 miles at the time of this listing!!!!!!. (The overall mileage may fluctuate very slightly as I'm driving it, but only locally). I've only seen one other of these recently with low mileage approaching my vehicle. As you can see, the Autocheck rating is 69, well above the 22-55 average for the year and style/model of the vehicle=Well cared for, no accidents and low owners. It runs great. Literally mechanically I'm not aware of a single thing it needs. It has no engine leaks whatsoever. Even in Palm Springs (where I live and it gets hot) the A/C runs ICE COLD. If you run it full throttle on a 100 degree day the temperature gauge never moves (stays right in the middle). I have had my mechanic for 7 years and he will tell you that I've not been a frequent customer with this vehicle much to his chagrin. (My old 300ZX was a different story!). It is available to view in Palm Springs for anyone that would like to see it first hand. I've got nothing to hide. The only reason I'm selling is that my 2 seat dream car became available at a price I couldn't afford to pass on. My other half told me I'm making a big mistake selling this vehicle! It is AM/FM equipped with a CD player. It apparently has a dock in the glove box for an i-Pod perhaps, but I've never used it. It is a California Car and has no rust and only a few small dings to my count. The interior is not perfect, but aside from the splits/tears on the side of the drivers seat and the small section of fraying on the drivers side carpet, it is "good", especially for a car that is 15 years old. Please see the accompanying photos. There are no tears on the passenger or back seats. The car is in really good shape for it's age and people tell me so when I'm driving around in it. I just had the exterior detailed. Wow! It looks incredible. These guys were serious. They even cleaned the engine! The car shines like a black mirror! While the interior is "good", the exterior is now closer to "very good". The car has always been adult driven and the older couple I bought it from babied and garaged it at all times. This vehicle holds A LOT! More then once I've heard "You got all THAT in that car"! The trunk space for the size of the car is huge! It gets typical great gas mileage which Toyota is known for. The engine on this vehicle has often been called "bullet proof". When I recently brought it in to have the oil changed, the person there said this car can go for 200,000 miles easy. It is my daily driver and I know it like the back of my hand. The convertible top works flawlessly and the top itself is in very good condition. You won't be needing to replace it anytime soon! With that said the back passenger window occasionally gets stuck when putting it back up (it's electric) and will need "help". A gentle guide upwards with your hand does the trick. The battery on the car (AAA) is less then 6 months old. The rear tires are less than 1 year old. The front tires will need replacing at some point, but still have life left in the them (again please see the photos). It is registered until May of 2015 and recently passed it's smog inspection (6/2/14). Now the formal stuff because I'm paranoid about selling a car on E-bay. :) First and foremost, I DON'T NEED ANY HELP SELLING THIS VEHICLE! Anyone who solicits me will be promptly reported to E-bay. If you have any questions about anything here, please ask away. Better yet, come and see it. Anyone with doubts should not make an offer. I'd rather have one less offer and a sale price of a hundred dollars less with a smooth transaction. I am very open to have the car looked at or inspected locally (Palm Springs area) at the expense of the person making an offer. If you are planning to have the car shipped that is fine, but please be aware that I am offering no monies toward this, nor am I driving the car more then 10 miles from the Palm Springs area (zip code 92264). A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of the auction close via Paypal. The car must be picked up within 7 days of deposit payment. When the car is picked up, the remainder of the balance will be due in the form of cash or bank check. If you are using a bank check, please verify there is a branch in the Palm Springs area as I will expect you to go with me to cash it. I will not release the car until this is completed. I do have the car for sale elsewhere and reserve the right to end the auction in the event that it is sold. Again, this is a 15 year old car (attention perfectionists) and is sold as is. Please look at the many photos as a picture does tell a thousand words. Happy bidding and thanks for viewing my auction. :)

Open to offers, give me a call (650) 921-6196 http://imgur.com/a/eXyKr#20 Click here for higher quality pictures A rare occasion where the car is tastefully modded, the engine is stock except for exhaust, intake and a stage 3 clutch. Everything on the car is smog legal. It was owned and upgraded by a mechanic who passed away and gave it to his son who in turn traded it for my motorcycle. I don't need the car so I'm selling it. It's a one owner car still has the factory manual in a Toyota leather bound case. This is a car is very light (1050-1100kg), very agile, and the front end grip is great. It is very cheap, very reliable, and pretty comfortable to ride in. It has a lot of  usable power. It also gets an incredible 28-35 mpg because of the upgrades and is a blast to ride. Professionally installed upgrades include Veilside Complete Body Kit ($400):dressed up Konig ziege 17" Rims with high performance tires ($550) Webasto Electric Spoiler Sunroof with Roller Shade, air tight. ($800)  Plus installation Bucket Seats ($400) :Hugs the driver and keeps you from moving when cornering 2% Tints all around except for the front windshield  ($200) Toyota Lowering springs 2" professional drop ($300)  :Stiffer suspension Short shifter ($280)  Including installation :makes shifting faster AME Cold air intake ($330)  including installation :frees up horsepower and mpgs GReddy RS Catback Exhaust ($1100) Including installation :frees up horsepower and mpgs, sounds great Pioneer touch screen dvd player with auxilary cable, ipod hook up and a memory card slot 6" ($550)  Plus installation Car is wired up for beat, 2x12" Pioneer subs in a back, with a 4 channel amp 140watt amplifier, and new speakers all around, with a pac level control LC-1. ($1000) Stage 3 Clutch Kit ($599) Including installation :Shifts like butter These might not be exact links but they are there to give you an idea of the upgrade. Car has been maintained meticulously, the only problems is a cracked right mirror and a loose power window switch. Incredibly fun and easy to drive; the stage 3 clutch is deceivingly easy, it rides like my sports bike, unlimited revs, corners great and get's 28-35 mpg if you want it to. Genuine TRD thermostat for 3rd Gen 3sgte Mr2, celica alltrac Sports thermostat that reduces the coolant temperature of high-performance engines to maximize performance. By reducing the valve temperature by about 10 to 15?C compared with that of a standard thermostat, the TRD sports thermostat increases coolant circulation and reduces performance bottlenecks caused by engine heat, to bring out the best in engine performance. (Maintains valve temperature of 71?C.)
