Immaculate 1999 Cadillac DeVille ConcoursJust 100350 MilesMoonstone Metallic with Tuxedo Collection Top This is a RARE Tuxedo Collection 1999 Cadillac Deville Concours. Fantastic car, rides like a DREAM, with only 100375 miles. (May be a bit more as this is my daily driver). Moonstone Metallic!!! -Recently replaced headlights with brand new ones - super clear. -Suspension pump replaced and makes the auto level system flawless and rides perfect. -Thermostat replaced. -Coolant system flushed and well maintained. -Oil changed every 3000 miles. -New wiper blades. The dash pad cover is slightly lifting around the defrost vent (common problem with these caddy). I was planning on repairing it with some gorilla glue, but just don't have the time. Its an easy fix. Everything works, but the intermittent wipers are flaky - sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. The wipers work perfect. Heated driver's and passenger's seats! Traction control, 2 sets of keys and 2 working key fobs. Owner's manual with even the pen that came with it. Common questions: 1. Has it ever overheated? To my knowledge, it has only overheated once due to faulty thermostat o-ring. Replaced the thermostat (and o-ring, of course) and had coolant flushed and replaced with new as well as changed the oil. 2. Any mechanical issues? None to my knowledge (not a mechanic) Runs great. However, I am selling it as if there could be an overheating/head gasket problem since its only been 350 miles since the thermostat o-ring issue. Car runs great but I am still listing and pricing it this way in an abundance of caution. 3. Any cosmetic issues? There are some small dings here and there but nothing major. Car looks stunning! The small compass rearview mirror box that sits by the rearview mirror has come off the windshield; it attached next to rearview mirror using rearview mirror glue. Auto dimming rearview mirror works with compass! 4 Has it ever been wrecked? According to CARFAX, minor damage reported on 12/02/2003 involving left side front. No evidence of this at all. I did not own this car 12 years ago, so I do not know the details. 5. Why are you selling? I LOVE this car, but I want a SUV family vacation type of vehicle instead. 6. What is a "Tuxedo Collection?" The Tuxedo Collection is a RARE option that Cadillac offered. It is a up-scale faux convertible top by E&G. The top is in great condition - absolutely no rips, tears, or discoloration. Here is a triple black 99 Concours from Florida. Rust free and garage kept. The garage part we can determine because the dash and headliner are both good. Excellent seats, carpets, doorpanels. No dash lights, runs and drives exactly right in every respect. "Concours" gets you a higher horsepower rating from the Northstar 4.6 V-8 and the shift on the floor console with the front bucket seats. Triple black is a big "ad" on Cadillacs and always has been! All four chrome wheels are free of "rash". Everything works as it should. I have the rear bumper "rub rail" trim strip (brand new in the box) and will get it installed. A black car, waxed, polished and shiny, is the hardest thing in the world to photograph. I have 60 pictures and I don't think any of them are actually "good". I will take more and put them up during the course of the sale. FAULTS: There is one "bad" paint spot on the roof where the paint has "lifted/cracked/checked". See picture The lower front bumper has Florida bug stains, if you would like, I'll get it painted. The rear strip I will have installed. This gorgeous DeVille has the rare 'Concours' package that gives you some very nice additional features. Some sellers call their cars as a 'Concours' edition but the sure way to tell is the center console with shifter, only this edition has it. This car will not disappoint, it is the cleanest one I have ever seen with just under 35,000 original miles. The car is completely factory original aside from a newer battery as well as dealer installed chrome Vogue wheels and tires. Everything else is completely original and the car is very complete with all factory floor mats, cargo net, wheel cap lock key, owners books and all keys + remotes (the second set of keys with the remote is not depicted, I had accidentally left that at home when I took the photos but IS included). The car has never been modified in any way, no aftermarket alarms or stereos, no performance parts, not even any window tinting. The 100 full sized photos tell the story, there are several of the undercarriage that show how original and clean the car is. You will notice there are manufacturers tags and 'chalk-markings' on many of the components underneath, it even has the original paper labels on the insides of the front and rear bumper covers, truly amazing. The body of the car is straight as can be with absolutely no dings or dents, there is a fine scratch on the bottom of the passenger side door (down so low you cannot see it unless the car is on a lift) but aside from that there is hardly even a stone chip on the car, paint is smooth, shiny and glossy with no fading. The original glass is excellent, windshield has no 'wiper-wear', pitting, cracks or chips. Sides and rears are all crystal clear. All trim, lights and lenses are impeccable with no cracks or damage, all in good working order as well. The tires are older and while they do have good tread depth remaining they will need to be replaced. I know that we all have different tastes in tires, 'blackwalls', 'whitewalls' or even these style 'Vogue' tires, which are more expensive, but look amazing so I held off on putting new tires on to cut down on the price of the car and also ensure the new owner gets their choice of style of tire. I am happy to help get these replaced if you are thinking of flying in and driving the car home. Chrome alloy wheels look great and do not have any major curb rash or show any significant wear. The interior is just immaculate. It smells like a new leather loaded car, absolutely no tobacco or foul odors, just the aroma of rich, fresh leather. All seating is supple and soft, dash shows no warping or cracks, door panels are excellent as is the console and headliner. The wood trim is impeccable with no cracks, fading or warping either. Carpets are very clean with no coffee stains, etc. The car has a very nice option load, I believe it has everything you could get aside from a moonroof, it includes power windows, locks, dual power front seats (which are also heated and have fully adjustable lumbar), AM/FM/Cassette/CD premium audio, front AND rear seat illuminated vanity mirrors, driver/passenger climate control (A/C is ICE cold), and so much more. Everything is in good working order, even the power antenna and the 'soft-close' trunk feature work!! Mechanically this car is everything you would expect from a 35k mile luxury sedan. Engine starts right up quickly, it is smooth, responsive and powerful. Transmission shifts very nicely and the car holds the road very well, suspension feels nice and the car is a real pleasure to drive. The car has not exhibited any leaks while we have had it, it does not overheat (even in stop-and-go traffic at 107 degrees!) and there are no 'warning lights' on in the dash. You will be hard pressed to find another one of these cars with this history, these miles, this complete and in this condition. My apologies to east coast and mid-west sellers but our cars are some of the cleanest on the planet and they are ALWAYS worth more than a rusty climate car. This car is reasonably priced at $8450 considering it is in nearly new condition. To go to the cadillac dealer and buy their top of the line car with all the goodies will run you $50,000 or more. This car is easier AND cheaper to maintain, insure and own and it's nearing 'classic' status. I know we all like to negotiate so I will accept reasonable offers on the car. This gorgeous DeVille has the rare 'Concours' package that gives you some very nice additional features. Some sellers call their cars as a 'Concours' edition but the sure way to tell is the center console with shifter, only this edition has it. This car will not disappoint, it is the cleanest one I have ever seen with just under 35,000 original miles. The car is completely factory original aside from a newer battery as well as dealer installed chrome Vogue wheels and tires. Everything else is completely original and the car is very complete with all factory floor mats, cargo net, wheel cap lock key, owners books and all keys + remotes (the second set of keys with the remote is not depicted, I had accidentally left that at home when I took the photos but IS included). The car has never been modified in any way, no aftermarket alarms or stereos, no performance parts, not even any window tinting. The 100 full sized photos tell the story, there are several of the undercarriage that show how original and clean the car is. You will notice there are manufacturers tags and 'chalk-markings' on many of the components underneath, it even has the original paper labels on the insides of the front and rear bumper covers, truly amazing. The body of the car is straight as can be with absolutely no dings or dents, there is a fine scratch on the bottom of the passenger side door (down so low you cannot see it unless the car is on a lift) but aside from that there is hardly even a stone chip on the car, paint is smooth, shiny and glossy with no fading. The original glass is excellent, windshield has no 'wiper-wear', pitting, cracks or chips. Sides and rears are all crystal clear. All trim, lights and lenses are impeccable with no cracks or damage, all in good working order as well. The tires are older and while they do have good tread depth remaining they will need to be replaced. I know that we all have different tastes in tires, 'blackwalls', 'whitewalls' or even these style 'Vogue' tires, which are more expensive, but look amazing so I held off on putting new tires on to cut down on the price of the car and also ensure the new owner gets their choice of style of tire. I am happy to help get these replaced if you are thinking of flying in and driving the car home. Chrome alloy wheels look great and do not have any major curb rash or show any significant wear. The interior is just immaculate. It smells like a new leather loaded car, absolutely no tobacco or foul odors, just the aroma of rich, fresh leather. All seating is supple and soft, dash shows no warping or cracks, door panels are excellent as is the console and headliner. The wood trim is impeccable with no cracks, fading or warping either. Carpets are very clean with no coffee stains, etc. The car has a very nice option load, I believe it has everything you could get aside from a moonroof, it includes power windows, locks, dual power front seats (which are also heated and have fully adjustable lumbar), AM/FM/Cassette/CD premium audio, front AND rear seat illuminated vanity mirrors, driver/passenger climate control (A/C is ICE cold), and so much more. Everything is in good working order, even the power antenna and the 'soft-close' trunk feature work!! Mechanically this car is everything you would expect from a 35k mile luxury sedan. Engine starts right up quickly, it is smooth, responsive and powerful. Transmission shifts very nicely and the car holds the road very well, suspension feels nice and the car is a real pleasure to drive. The car has not exhibited any leaks while we have had it, it does not overheat (even in stop-and-go traffic at 107 degrees!) and there are no 'warning lights' on in the dash. You will be hard pressed to find another one of these cars with this history, these miles, this complete and in this condition. My apologies to east coast and mid-west sellers but our cars are some of the cleanest on the planet and they are ALWAYS worth more than a rusty climate car. This car is reasonably priced at $8450 considering it is in nearly new condition. To go to the cadillac dealer and buy their top of the line car with all the goodies will run you $50,000 or more.
