The Chrysler New Yorker was a premium automobile model by the Chrysler division of the Chrysler Corporation from 1946-1996, serving for several years as the brand\'s flagship model. A trim level named the \"New York Special\" first appeared in 1938. Until its discontinuation in 1996, the New Yorker had made its mark as the longest running American car nameplate. The New Yorker name helped define the Chrysler brand as a maker of upscale models priced and equipped above mainstream brands like Ford, Chevrolet/Pontiac, and Dodge/Plymouth, but below full luxury brands like Cadillac, Lincoln and Packard. During the New Yorker\'s tenure, it competed against models from Buick, Oldsmobile and Mercury. In 1956, Chrysler christened this model year \"PowerStyle\" and it was one of the design works of Virgil Exner. The New Yorker gained a new mesh grille, leather seats, pushbutton PowerFlite selector, and a V8 with 280 horsepower. MotoeXotica Classic Cars is pleased to present the incredible 1956 Chrysler New Yorker you see pictured. This particular, car has benefitted from a frame off restoration and it shows from the custom paint to the custom interior. This is a show stopping, high class Chrysler, originally built in the Motor City! Finished in two tone custom paint job, this New Yorker\'s cream and violet paint compliments the immaculate lines of the nostalgic luxury sedan. The paint is in excellent condition and shows very minor imperfections, if any. The body is solid and sound. All of the chrome on the sedan, including the bumpers, has been professional rechromed and looks great. All of the stainless on the car was professionally polished and straightened. The chances of finding another New Yorker in this condition is nearly slim to none! This is one incredible sedan! Inside, you will see the restoration didn\'t stop on the exterior and not a single expense was spared. The seats are wrapped in two tone tan and lavender vinyl and show no signs of wear or imperfection. The tan carpet, the headliner and door panels are also in excellent condition. The dashboard is in awesome shape and houses all of the original style gauges as well as an AM radio and clock. Under the hood, you will see the massive, completely and professionally rebuilt 354 cubic inch Hemi engine, capable of producing up to 280 horsepower. The engine sits snug inside a beautifully detailed engine bay. Attached to the Hemi is a Push Button Automatic that was upgraded to a newer, late model transmission during the restoration with a floor shifter. The car boasts an all new exhaust system and braking system. As mentioned before, not a single expense was overlooked in the restoration of this handsome Chrysler! It\'s becoming increasingly difficult to find a New Yorker in this condition! This car would make an excellent Sunday driver or addition to any collection! The VIN is N5627139 and the mileage currently shows 91,183. It is being sold on a clean and clear Tennessee title. GET OUT AND DRIVE!!! Ad provided by OldCarOnline.com/cond>

The 1951 Town & Country wagons were offered in the Windsor, Saratoga and New Yorker series. The New Yorker version disappeared for 1952, but reappeared for 1953 when the Saratoga series was dropped. The Windsor version lasted through 1960, then was moved to the new Newport series for 1961; the New Yorker edition continued through 1965. Then in 1969, the Town & Country became a series in its own right. MotoeXotica Classic Cars is pleased to present the handsome 1953 Chrysler New Yorker Town & Country you see pictured. This particular classic remained with its original owner in California since 1996 and was extremely loved. Previously the car resided in the dry state of Arizona. It is said to be an original 56,000 mile wagon as the owner seldom drove it after over 20 years of regular driving. It is being sold on an exempt title due to age. We even have the original owner’s handbook! This is a true California New Yorker! Finished in the original two tone Caravan Beige and Cocoa Brown Metallic, this wagon benefitted from a new paint job in the recent past and it was just what it needed. The paint is in great shape, as well as the body, showing only minor imperfections. While receiving a new paint job, the wagon also got new weather-stripping. There is no shortage of chrome on this classic and the chrome is in good shape, showing only minor imperfections and in original condition. Overall, this New Yorker Town & Country shows very well. Inside, you will find the seats are wrapped in a textured brown vinyl that looks great and appear original to the car. There is minor wear and imperfections but that is to be expected of a 60 year old car. The headliner was also replaced when the wagon was repainted. It shows minor staining but overall it shows well. The carpet is in great shape, as well as the dashboard, which houses the original gauges and AM radio. The rear trunk floor is finished in wood and looks great while being unique to the Town & Country wagon. Under the hood, you’ll find a Chrysler Fire Power 331ci V8 engine. Attached to the engine is an automatic with a “Safety Clutch” feature, which is similar to a torque limiter or slip clutch. A safety clutch allows the rotating shaft to slip when higher than normal resistance is encountered. The wagon sits upon a set of 15” chrome wheels wrapped in P235/75R15 tires. As mentioned before, we do have the original owner’s handbook. This is a true California car. We even have the original owner%26#8243; handbook! This is a true California New Yorker!Finished in the original two tone Caravan Beige and Cocoa Brown Metallic, this wagon benefitted from a new paint job in the recent past and it was just what it needed. The paint is in great shape, as well as the body, showing only minor imperfections. While receiving a new paint job, the wagon also got new weather-stripping. There is no shortage of chrome on this classic and the chrome is in good shape, showing only minor imperfections and in original condition. Overall, this New Yorker Town %26amp; Country shows very well.Inside, you will find the seats are wrapped in a textured brown vinyl that looks great and appear original to the car. There is minor wear and imperfections but that is to be expected of a 60 year old car. The headliner was also replaced when the wagon was repainted. It shows minor staining but overall it shows well. The carpet is in great shape, as well as the dashboard, which houses the original gauges and AM radio. The rear trunk floor is finished in wood and looks great while being unique to the Town %26amp; Country wagon.Under the hood, you%26#8236;l find a Chrysler Fire Power 331ci V8 engine. Attached to the engine is an automatic with a %26#8220;Safety Clutch%26#8221; feature, which is similar to a torque limiter or slip clutch. A safety clutch allows the rotating shaft to slip when higher than normal resistance is encountered. The wagon sits upon a set of 15%26#8221; chrome wheels wrapped in P235/75R15 tires. this 1971 Plymouth Sport Fury was special ordered by a gentleman out of Conrad, Iowa. He sat down and checked off a 2- door, bucket seat sport fury with optional 440-4 barrel, auto.,and posi. installed rear end. He then cut a piece of 1971, carpet and placed it in the trunk to help preserve the trunk compartment. The pictures represent the meticulous care that he prided himself in preserving the interior. At some point early in its life. The hood and drivers fender have been painted. The picture shows a small 2x 4 inch section that was repaired on the hood, the drivers fender is bondo free.the rest of the car appears to be original, I bought the car in 1996, from Bob A. from Marshalltown who bought it out of the Farm Bureau spokesman from the original owner. This car has been in storage in my shed for 18 years, I took it out and replace the gas tank, fuel line and fuel pump and clean the carburetor. It now starts up and drives nice, it is very tight, shifts smooth, and stops on a dime. I have a building project going on and have decided to sell this car as well as my 1971 Chrysler 2 door New Yorker with sunroof to help finance the project. The enclosed pictures show the condition of this vehicle. I have many pictures for any specific areas, and would be happy to email them to you. Sale by money transfers only. Contact me with any questions. Ray

"Okay to call as late as 11:00pm.” (FaceTime available for only serious buyers, since the car is sitting at my storage) Hello, up for sale is a very rare 4-SPEED 1973 Pontiac Firebird Formula 400. I honestly  haven't owned this too long. When my son and I saw it with a FOR SALE sign on the side of a backwoods road in (Boring, Oregon) we just had to stop out of curiosity. Expecting to see an automatic, our jaws dropped when we saw that it was a 4-SPEED. I personally haven't seen one probably since the 80's. I JUST HAD TO HAVE IT! I would love to restore it, but just don't have the time. Not a money issue, but just a time issue is all. Anyways, I could keep going on and on listing things about it but you really must see it to appreciate just how nice it is. Miles: Odometer shows 19,125 "works," but most likely 119,000 VIN #: 2U87T3N141865 Engine: Not original matching numbers. Has a slightly built Chevy 350 small block. Runs and drives, (see YouTube video link.) Transmission: 4-SPEED manual (Shifts great through all 4 gears and not sloppy at all.) Drivetrains: RWD Exterior: Black, needs paint. One dent on front fender, but not too bad. Has extremely small amount of rust. Interior: Grey carpet and the rest of the interior is black. Carpet and seats are new. Personally, I'd rather have black carpet. FOR YOUR INFORMATION: • Clean Oregon Title in hand. • Good tags until September, 2015. • Spare wheel. • Miscellaneous parts (see pics.) • Floor boards are solid. So is the trunk. • Runs and drives, (see YouTube video link.) • Engine starts up every time with no hesitation. • EXHAUST SYSTEM ALL NEW. (See pics.) • All windows are good with no cracks or rock chips. • Seals and chrome trim are good. • Wheels are not original, but look good and in near new condition still. • Drivers side door lock sticks sometimes. • Everything works on dash beside original tachometer. Most likely it’s just un-hooked. (Aftermarket one installed in working condition) Options: • 4-SPEED • Factory Air-Conditioning car, (not hooked up.) • Front power disc brakes • AM/FM Stereo, (currently not in working condition, UNKNOWN.) • MP3 (Single Disc), (currently not in working condition, UNKNOWN.) • Speakers, (currently not in working condition, UNKNOWN.) • Fitted Car Cover with lock ?
