I'm the second owner of this car and have owned it since Dec '98. I bought the car with 49k miles on it and have consistently maintained the car using only Mobil1 oil and a new filter every 3,000 miles. The A/C blows cold. A new alternator as well as a new battery were recently installed. The tires have plenty of tread and are mounted on 17" Kosei rims. It also has most of the bolt-ons with the exception of cam gears and underdrive pullies. The car drives very well and is fairly quick to boot. This would make a great project car or first car for an enthusiast. Additional parts are available if you are interested. The car has never been smoked in since I have owned it. The tires were brand new when the car was brought to Ny. The car got hot and shut off. I had it towed home and we put marvels mystery oil across the cams and down the spark plug holes. I barred the motor over and it is free. the starter will spin the motor for a turn or so and then squeel. i am pretty sure the starter is bad from cranking when the motor was still hot the day it stalled. also, the battery isn't the strongest so i'm not sure exactly whats going on. the battery is dead now because the car is just sitting. there was coolant in the engine compartment so i'm not really sure if it was a head gasket or what exactly it was. this would make a good project car. its still got a lot of life. the air conditioning worked great, the power windows work, the car was perfect! the cruise control lever is missing. I painted some of the interior pieces silver and it looks pretty decent. This is all i know about the car. any questions can be answered after 4p.m during the week at 315-527-7255. Calls only please. This is a First Generation S13 240SX. This is the last year that they made the first generation models and the only year that they offered a Convertible. They didn't make to many of these car in the Limited Edition and we you do see them they are not as nice as this one. This is a Low Owner Car that only has 23K Original Miles on it. This car just doesn't have any miles on it and you can tell by driving it and looking at it. Someone took very good care of this car over the years. It fires right up and runs, drives, and shifts great. The car feels tight and just cruises down the road nicely. It has the 2.4L I4 engine with automatic transmission. The car has plenty of power and gets great gas mileage. What's also really cool about this car is that it is rear wheel drive. Under the hood and undercarriage are clean and dry as can be. Make sure to watch the video I do a complete walk around of the car inside and out and even take it for a test drive.This is a Low Owner Car that ONLY has 23K Original MilesThe exterior of this car is beautiful. It is a nice black in color that has a very nice shine to it although there is a little bit of fading on the top surfaces but you really have to look at it to see. It has the convertible top that is in very good condition and looks like it either needs to be cleaned real well or might be slightly faded. Other then that in very good condition and shows hardly any wear. The top is power and goes down nicely and just needs a little help coming up. It does not have the boot cover when top is down. The body is straight as can be on this car. It has the very nice factory chrome wheels that really look good with the black. The tires have lots of tread but do show signs of dry rot and should be replaced before driven to far. This is a First Generation S13 240SX. This is the last year that they made the first generation models and the only year that they offered a Convertible. They didn't make to many of these car in the Limited Edition and we you do see them they are not as nice as this one. This is a Low Owner Car that only has 23K Original Miles on it. This car just doesn't have any miles on it and you can tell by driving it and looking at it. Someone took very good care of this car over the years. It fires right up and runs, drives, and shifts great. The car feels tight and just cruises down the road nicely. It has the 2.4L I4 engine with automatic transmission. The car has plenty of power and gets great gas mileage. What's also really cool about this car is that it is rear wheel drive. Under the hood and undercarriage are clean and dry as can be. Make sure to watch the video I do a complete walk around of the car inside and out and even take it for a test drive.This is a Low Owner Car that ONLY has 23K Original MilesThe exterior of this car is beautiful. It is a nice black in color that has a very nice shine to it although there is a little bit of fading on the top surfaces but you really have to look at it to see. It has the convertible top that is in very good condition and looks like it either needs to be cleaned real well or might be slightly faded. Other then that in very good condition and shows hardly any wear. The top is power and goes down nicely and just needs a little help coming up. It does not have the boot cover when top is down. The body is straight as can be on this car. It has the very nice factory chrome wheels that really look good with the black. The tires have lots of tread but do show signs of dry rot and should be replaced before driven to far. Check out my store for more great Unique and Classic Cars. This car runs is a good runner but has been sitting awhile so is going to need some work to get it running. It has the Big Block 400 with a 4-Speed Manual Transmission which makes this car a blast to drive. I used to start these cars up once a month or so to keep all the seals tight and the cars running but have not been able to keep up on that for awhile. This car was a runner before I parked it and I'm sure wouldn't take much to get it going again. Maybe even just a battery. The fuel should be drained as its 4-5 years old Who knows you may replace a Fuel pump Water pump or something But a Bit of tinkering and this car is set to go the pictures were from last summer so maybe a sticker is more peeled up or some minor something but this is a Tight car that is a Orig 4spd 400 Trans Am. Drive it around and Enjoy it until you decide to pull it apart and restore it..;-) Its a great driving car. This Project will make someone a GREAT Investment car But NO you cannot hop in it and drive it to Florida... No i wouldent do it after you drained the fuel either it has not been on a trip that long in God knows how long. The exterior of this car is beautiful. It is a bright orange in color with the big black and silver bird on the hood and matching decals. The paint is in very good shape still and shines up nice. It is a little faded right now just from sitting but when buffed comes out very nice. This car does have a sunroof which someone put in and should be sealed up when restored it isnt a leaker though although im sure it will at some point. The body is very straight on this car and it doesn't have any visible rust. The previous owner installed a few extra exterior lights which you can see. Has a very cool set of aftermarket Gold Wire Wheels and a set of White Walls Tires that really give this car a unique look. They also put fender flares on the car which really makes it look unique. I have never seen them Before This is a 2 Owner car that came from Arizona and never seen the road in the winter anywhere it is ready to tinker around on...;-). Options: 400 4-Speed Aftermarket Wheels Fender Flares The interior is in really good condition on this car. It has the black interior with vinyl seats. The seats are actually in very good shape. The front seats have seat covers on them which have kept them protected. The carpets are not in that great of shape and should probably be replaced. The door panels, dash, headliner are all in very good shape for this year of car. Someone took good care of the car over the years and it shows. This car is just a rare beauty that you won't find another one like. This is a cool car that someone put some time and money into to get looking good.
