These cars are sleepers and were strictly used as highway patrol cars and could only be ordered though a municipality (police department) this particular car was ordered by the City of Greenwood, IN and was sold by Algood Chevrolet-Olds-Pontiac in Spencer, IN. This car is 1 of 135 cars produced in 1993. The B4C SSP package was a $3885.00 option in 1993!!!! So the story goes, an officer for the City of Greenwood ordered this car through the department, without permission. When the Camaro arrived the department found out what happened and did not approve the order, forcing the officer to sell it. It was sold with very low mileage and then was never used on a regular basis, hence the 21,186 ACTUAL miles. Why is it so rare? well for one its a limited production car (1 of 135), that could only be ordered through a municipality. Most all of the B4C cars were put into service and used as patrol cars naturally accumulating lots of miles (most you see are well over 100,000) It is basically an unmarked Z28 on steroids. When you look at it all you see is a plain jane 93’ Camaro. Inside it has a 350 LT1 engine and an automatic transmission. The B4C cars in 93’ had a 5HP bump and also a 5 Ft’ of torque bump over the Z28. This information is pulled from www.camarosource.ca “This year the Camaro itself had a complete facelift. So the 1993 B4C police package equipped camaro looked entirely different from the last 2 years. There were no RS model Camaro's in 1993 so the B4C was basically a non-Z28 with the new 275HP LT1 V8 engine powerplant. The 1993 B4C option cost $3,335 for the six (6)-speed manual transmission, or $3,930 for the four (4)-speed automatic transmission, on top of the Coupe base list price of $13,399. As in the past, there were restrictions on what could be ordered with the B4C "Police Package". And again, a manual or automatic was available. However for 1993, the manual transmissions in camaro's changed to 6 speeds. As a result, the 1993 B4C equipped Camaro could order a six (6)-speed manual or four (4)-speed automatic transmission. Chevrolet built 135 non-Z28 Coupes with "B4C" equipment for 1993. This B4C is in excellent original condition retaining the original finish which was NEVER drilled for lights or marked as a pursuit car. It has never been in an accident and has never been painted, some wear in the paint on top of the door, along side the window. There is some minor paint checking on the hood and trunk lid which is hardly noticable. The interior is like new showing no wear. It has ice cold air, no service lights on. It runs and drives excellent. The tires are in great shape. I have every bit of original paperwork for this car and some documents from GM heritage about the car which are all framed so it’s easy to digest. I have copies of all title’s and ownerships from when it was sent to the department in the City of Greenwood. This car has excellent pedigree and has been well tracked and still has all the original manuals from GM and dealer brochures on SSP cars. These cars are sleepers and were strictly used as highway patrol cars and could only be ordered though a municipality (police department) this particular car was ordered by the City of Greenwood, IN and was sold by Algood Chevrolet-Olds-Pontiac in Spencer, IN. This car is 1 of 135 cars produced in 1993. The B4C SSP package was a $3885.00 option in 1993!!!! So the story goes, an officer for the City of Greenwood ordered this car through the department, without permission. When the Camaro arrived the department found out what happened and did not approve the order, forcing the officer to sell it. It was sold with very low mileage and then was never used on a regular basis, hence the 21,186 ACTUAL miles. Why is it so rare? well for one its a limited production car (1 of 135), that could only be ordered through a municipality. Most all of the B4C cars were put into service and used as patrol cars naturally accumulating lots of miles (most you see are well over 100,000) It is basically an unmarked Z28 on steroids. When you look at it all you see is a plain jane 93’ Camaro. Inside it has a 350 LT1 engine and an automatic transmission. The B4C cars in 93’ had a 5HP bump and also a 5 Ft’ of torque bump over the Z28. This information is pulled from www.camarosource.ca “This year the Camaro itself had a complete facelift. So the 1993 B4C police package equipped camaro looked entirely different from the last 2 years. There were no RS model Camaro's in 1993 so the B4C was basically a non-Z28 with the new 275HP LT1 V8 engine powerplant. The 1993 B4C option cost $3,335 for the six (6)-speed manual transmission, or $3,930 for the four (4)-speed automatic transmission, on top of the Coupe base list price of $13,399. As in the past, there were restrictions on what could be ordered with the B4C "Police Package". And again, a manual or automatic was available. However for 1993, the manual transmissions in camaro's changed to 6 speeds. As a result, the 1993 B4C equipped Camaro could order a six (6)-speed manual or four (4)-speed automatic transmission. Chevrolet built 135 non-Z28 Coupes with "B4C" equipment for 1993. This B4C is in excellent original condition retaining the original finish which was NEVER drilled for lights or marked as a pursuit car. It has never been in an accident and has never been painted, some wear in the paint on top of the door, along side the window. There is some minor paint checking on the hood and trunk lid which is hardly noticable. The interior is like new showing no wear. It has ice cold air, no service lights on. It runs and drives excellent. The tires are in great shape. I have every bit of original paperwork for this car and some documents from GM heritage about the car which are all framed so it’s easy to digest. I have copies of all title’s and ownerships from when it was sent to the department in the City of Greenwood. This car has excellent pedigree and has been well tracked and still has all the original manuals from GM and dealer brochures on SSP cars. Take a look at this great example of American horsepower! This Camaro is ready for a new home who can enjoy the power and speed that this car offers. It's was recently Pennsylania safety inspected and is now inspected until October 2016. This car came to me with a bad engine, but the transmission had just been rebuilt in the last 1,000 miles so the car was worthy to be saved. After some searching, I found a very low mileage engine (54,000) which was installed. Durring the engine install, all of the important items were replaced while the engine was removed: plugs, wires, various sensors, etc. Other items that were recently replaced include the following: passenger door window motor, fuel filter, radiator, and starter motor. The replacement engine runs very strong and turns the rear tires into a smoke screen with ease. The AC works with a charge but drains down after a week; but all of the components are in place and function as they did from the factory. The Camaro has aftermarket wheels to accent the paint which are in excellent condition. The tires have plenty of tread but are showing signs of dry spots on the edges. The black paint looks good from a distance but could use some touch-ups on the hood and rear bumper cover. The interior is in really good condition. The driver's seat was repaired and the remaining seats are in good condition and free of any rips or tears.

Up for auction is a 1993 Camaro Z-28. This vehicle has a WV Reconstructed Title. I bought this vehicle as a project car but I have lost interest and would like to put my money towards other things. My loss is your gain. As you can see from the pictures the body has some defects. I bought a 2002 Z-28 to use for parts including; the doors, rear hatch, rear bumper and converted the front end to the 98-02 body style. The original color of this Camaro was red. I never painted this car and it was painted black by the previous owner. This car was originally a 6 speed manual but it was converted to a TH-350 Transmission which has maybe 2000 miles on it and obviously a lot of life left in it. To make this happen, I also had to install a transmission inter-cooler which is mounted on the front of the Radiator. The rear main seal was also replaced. A lot of new parts are on this car. New window motors, belts, hoses, alternator, starter, battery and brakes have also been replaced. The vehicle starts right up unless it is raining. The hood needs to be installed by someone who has more experience with this than what I do. I did what I could, but when I installed the hood it shut crooked. The original hood shut fine. The rims were off of a '08 Corvette which are 18X8 (Front) and 19X10 (Back) and are in great condition. The tires are Hankook 275/35/18 (Front) 305/30/19 (Rear) and have a lot of life left in them. I could easily sell these rims/tire package and get a $1,000 for them. If you want to shoot me an offer without the rims/tires I am open to offers. This vehicle can be driven but I would probably trailer it home with you. This is a project but it will not take a whole lot to make it a really nice ride.
