THIS CAR IS PRICED TO SELL. http://s514.photobucket.com/user/redeuce/media/CADDY%20NADA/NADA.jpg.html There is also an interesting back story to this car. This historical account has been passed from the second owner, has been consistent over the years, and has remained with the car today. Fans know that Elvis Presley loved Cadillacs, and he really loved flashy Cadillacs. He also made sure they were modified to his taste. Everyone has heard the true story of Elvis and June Juanico flying to a Houston, TX. Cadillac dealer June 12, 1956, and buying a white 1956 Eldorado Biarritz convertible with black interior. He immediately turned it over to his customizer, Jimmy Sanders, of Memphis. He squashed a handful of grapes on the fender and told Jimmy that was the color he wanted. Hence, his purple convertible came to be. He also changed the interior to white roll and pleated leather. The coupe in this ad, according to verbal history, was purchased and given by Presley to his manager, Colonel Tom Parker. The car was an unimpressive green and white with green and white interior. Presley bought the car, then stipulated that it be repainted red and white and a red and white interior installed. Later, Elvis also gave Parker a 1975 Blue Cadillac Seville, that displayed the TN. license plate “ADMIRAL”. This Caddy sold at Guernsey’s Las Vegas Auction in 1999 for $93,750. You may believe this story. You may research and find more information. Or you may discount the story entirely. It makes no difference. The car is priced on condition, rarity, and value only. There is no “add on” for the history. It is only a piece of interesting lore that goes with the car. As an added bonus, a domain name and website has been created for this car, has been active on the internet, and is included in the deal! Hosting is already paid. The site will be transferred to the buyer and you can do as you choose with the site. CLICK ON THIS LINK: elviseldorado.com Clean southern body. We specialize in the unique and rare, future investment affordable collector vehicles at old school prices. Since 1978 we have been a leader in finding rare and desirable cars. Most of our finds have done extremely well for our customers in terms of investments and enjoyment. Here is an example of a rare 1 of LS6 Chevelle we sold for 50k in the early 2000’s. http://www.classicmusclecars.com/cgi-bin/swrm/det.cgi?id=131&bl=m-;;k-;;nhs-195;;status-Sold;;sb- It was recently on eBay for 129k and has apparently sold. We sold this car in 1999, we found it, researched it, documented it, restored it. http://www.barrett-jackson.com/Archive/Event/Item/1970-CHEVROLET-CHEVELLE-SS-396-CONVERTIBLE-178646 Another example, we brokered the only 1968 Camaro Z-28 Convertible in July 1993 for 165K, it sold in 2002 for over 7 figures. These are just a couple of examples of the thousands of cars we have sold, and many were super investments. We know the rare muscle car market like no one on the planet. This 1956 Cadillac is a rare Vintage Classic Car that fits into this category of an investment and enjoyment vehicle. Get in on the ground floor and have a big smile down the road. This car is a near perfect example of a 1993 Allante and is in great condition. Always garage kept. Custom 2 tone leather interior was added just 2 years ago and look fantastic. AC system was upgraded to 134A with new compressor and dryer 1.5 years ago and blows cold as ice. All lights , instruments and accessories operate as they should. 18" Wheesl and tires are almost new. Michelin Pilot HX MXM4 P255 / 45 ZR18 from a 2010 Cadillac DTS sport and show no signs of wear or scuff marks. Engine and transmission perform flawlessly. This car handles like it is on rails and is a real performance car. Ride is smooth with a little stiffness as you would expect from a sports car. It will be hard to find one in this condition. I have owned it sense 2010 and have only put 2856 miles on it. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to call me @ 804-314-7599, Jerry Introduced in early 1992 for the 1993 model year, Allanté was scaled down to just one model this year, the soft-top convertible priced at $59,975 (not including a mandatory $1,700 gas guzzler tax for vehicles sold in the United States). The removable 60.5 lb (27.4 kg). aluminum hardtop was now a separate option, as well as the $495 LCD digital instrument cluster in place of the standard analog instruments. The $700 pearlcoat paint option (in Flax or Canyon Yellow, with Hawaiian Orchid added midyear) was available. Also optional: chrome squeeze-cast aluminum wheels. For its final outing, Allanté received the 4.6 L (280.7 cu in) Northstar DOHC V8 engine. This engine was initially rated at 290 hp (220 kW), but Cadillac upped the rating to 295 hp (220 kW) at 5600 rpm by the time the first models were sold. Torque output was 290 ft·lb (390 N·m) at 4400 rpm. A new unequal-length control arm rear suspension, shared with the Seville and Eldorado, was also introduced that year, improving handling. Also new for the small Cadillacs was Road Sensing Suspension, an active damper management system, and improved disc brakes. The Bose name was no longer associated with Allanté's sound system, as the 1993 model went into production using GM's Delco "Premium Symphony Sound System". Other changes for the Allanté included a revised variable-assist power steering rack, deeper front spoiler, and single-piece side windows, which did away with the stationary forward vent window. Production was the highest ever, but still short of the planned 6,000 per year. Of the 4,670 Allantés manufactured for the 1993 model year, 115 were for export – France (1), Austria (2), Belgium (5), Germany (5), Switzerland (6), Japan (11), and Canada (85). In comparison to the U.S.-destined Allanté, the Canadian models differed little, aside from the kilometer-based instrument cluster, but were equipped with daytime running lamps and an engine block heater as standard equipment. European-destined models held breakaway side mirrors, a front tow-hook, and rear fog lamps, among other specific features. The 1993 Allante was also chosen to be the pace car for the 1992 76th Indy 500 Indianapolis 500, the PACE car was driven by Bobby Unser, a very historic race in Indy history. It was almost an all Unser race as Bobby Unser was the Pace car driver his nephew Al Unser Jr (Lil' Al) won the race and his brother Al Unser Sr (Big Al) came in third. There were just three modified 1993 Allante Pace Cars that had only seat belts, lighted roll bar, and air intake modified from a stock production Allante's, those three Allante Pace cars were provided for the race, as well as just 30 stock 1993 Allante's used as Festival/Pace Cars and 58 stock 1992 Allante Festival/Pace cars that were used by drivers and crews at the opening parade and the closing of the race. Al Unser Jr’s 1993 Allante Festival/Pace car was featured at both the 2012, and 2013 Keel’s & Wheel’s Concours D’Elegance in Seabrook, Texas, Bobby Unser was Grand Marshal in 2012, and Al Unser Jr was Grand Marshal in 2013. Al Unser Jr also drove his 1993 Allante Festival/Pace car two weeks after his win at Indy to the opening parade for the Detroit Gran Prix XI at the new Belle Isle Raceway track. The last Allante built was flown from Turin, Italy on July 2, 1993, and completed at Detroit-Hamtramck 14 days later. With 21,430 built, assemblies averaged just a little more than 3,000 a year throughout the car's lifetime. Production officially ended on July 28, 1993.

This is one of 2,500 Allantes made in the year 1991, out of a total 21,430 made between 1987 and 1993. Painted in a striking red finish this has a nice black interior. The window switch on the driver's door does not work. I was going to fix it but no longer have the time. (I have another switch). The car has a rebuilt title as the front bumper cover was damaged and I had to replace it. (These are not cheap). It has the factory hardtop for an early 1990. Has a nice black soft top. Please ask any questions and I will give an honest answer. Some fading of paint as shown. Car has Indy 500 graphics on the car-tribute to the 1993 Indy 500 Edition Allantes. Radio not working. Dash has typical curling. Have the original hardtop stand and cover. I have not been able to drive this the last two years due to my schedule and it is getting harder for me to get out of the car with arthritis. This vehicle was designed by the Italian sports car designer Pininfarina, and was Cadillac's first venture into the two seat convertible sports car market. In 1993, the price was $62,000. Allante's engine, the new Northstar V8. I had hoped to repair this low mileage car for my wife to drive. I drove a 91 and another 93 all summer and had a blast. Now it has to go. If you've never driven in an Allante before find one to test drive-you will then want one of your own. Always gets great compliments and second looks. Introduced in early 1992 for the 1993 model year, Allante was scaled down to just one model this year, the soft-top convertible priced at $59,975 (not including a mandatory $1,700 gas guzzler tax for vehicles sold in the United States). Thanks you for everything. Any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. Final sale.

Here is a list of the following features, Cruise control, AM/FM Stereo Cassette · Power antenna and windows and power door locks, power seats Digital dash. I will ship the car overseas and assist with shipping internationally. This Cadillac coupe convertible is a ultra rare conversion by Car Craft and this is the Wikipedia entry on custom coach convertibles is below. convertible Conversions of GM products It is estimated a production total near 300 Coupe Devilles were converted. However, the Fleetwood Coupe is a much more rare and more desirable collector car and perhaps less than 10 are in existence. The same basic design was used for model years ’86-91. At that point, it seems that Car Craft vanished as part of the S+S Coach/Superior Company and they appeared to focus on limousines and hearses. They are now part of the Accubuilt Company. Car Craft was associated with Hess & Eisenhardt and when the H&E name was sold off in ’85, the company continued to build their convertibles as Car Craft. It was one of the first American front-wheel drive vehicles to be returned to rear-wheel drive. At 225 inches (5,700 mm) overall, the Fleetwood was the longest production car made in the United States until production ceased on December 13, 1996.[12] All Fleetwoods had standard antilock brakes, traction control and dual front airbags. In 1994, Cadillac used the Corvette-derived LT1[13] 350 cu in (5.7 L) engine to make 260 horsepower (190 kW) along with the new 4L60E automatic transmission.[11] Between 1993 and 1996, the Fleetwood Commercial chassis was used in lieu of the DeVille for funeral coaches and limousines. The DeVille was used again in 1997.The Cadillac Fleetwood was retired by General Motors in August 1996 to make way for Chevrolet Suburban and Tahoe production. Another reason was that Cadillac already had two large sedans in its lineup — the DeVilleand the Seville, so no direct replacement was needed.[citation needed]PackagesEditThe Brougham option package included a full vinyl top, sail panel badging, specific seat design with six-way driver's seat memory and heated and three-position lumbar front seats, instrument panel badging and rear seat storage armrest. The 7,000 lb (3,200 kg) trailer towing package was made available 1993, something not seen in a production sedan since the 1971–1976 Cadillac Sixty Special[citation needed]. The RPO V4P package included heavy duty cooling (RPO V08, which consisted of a seven-blade mechanical fan and an extra capacity radiator), RPO FE2 Suspension System Ride Handling, HD 4L60 transmission, RPO KC4 Cooling System Engine Oil, RPO KD1 Cooling System Transmission Oil, RPO KG9 140 amp alternator, and RPO GT4 3.73 gears with an 8.5-inch ring gear. In 1994–1996, the V4P package was revised with RPO GU6 3.42 gears with the new more powerful RPO LT1 260 horsepower (190 kW) V8, and HD 4L60E transmission with unique accumulators to shift smoother with the shorter rear axle gearing.Transmissions:1993 4L601994–1996 4L60EEnginesDisplacementPowerTorque350 cu in (5.7 L) L05 V8185 hp (138 kW)304 lb·ft (412 N·m)350 cu in (5.7 L) LT1 V8260 hp (190 kW)330 lb·ft (450 N·m)Production Figures[14]YearUnits199331,773199427,473199516,180199615,109Total Production = 90,535 APPEARANCE: The Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham looks like what it is: the ultimate evolution of the traditional Cadillac. It is big and boxy, nearly nineteen feet long and six-and-a-half feet wide. There is no "Euro-style" lack of brightwork on the car. The massive egg-crate grille and bumpers are heavily chromed. Bright trim surrounds the windows and lights, and highlights the massive sides of the car. The upholstered roof, stainless steel-trimmed lower body panels, and whitewall tires add to the traditional appearance of the Brougham.COMFORT: The interior of the Fleetwood Brougham is every bit as traditional as the exterior. There are few sedans made that have more interior space. Front and rear shoulder room is well over five feet. The softly-padded bench seats are opulently upholstered with leather. The front seats have integral heating elements and adjustable lumbar support. Each side of the front seat is separately adjustable, and there is a new center armrest with dual cupholders, CD and cassette storage, and space for a cellular phone. The door panels and dashboard are finished with padded leather and wood trim. Naturally, seats, windows, door locks, and mirrors are power-operated. The six-speaker Delco AM/FM/cassette sound system is new this year, and has an optional CD player or changer.SAFETY: The Fleetwood Brougham is equipped with both antilock brakes and traction control as standard safety equipment. Both the driver and front passenger have an airbag. Daytime running lights are new for 1996.ROADABILITY: On the road the Fleetwood Brougham is most definitely an American luxury car. No firm European sports suspension here. The ride is very soft, and occupants are well-insulated from the outside world. Speed-sensitive power steering makes the Brougham easy to maneuver. In a great improvement over the large Cadillacs of yesteryear, the spring and shock absorber rates are correctly matched on the new Fleetwood so that there is no excessive motion when quickly changing lanes or when traveling on poorly-maintained roads. Good sound insulation and low levels of wind noise make the inside of the Brougham luxuriously quiet. It epitomizes the classic American large luxury car.PERFORMANCE: With General Motors' 5.7-liter V8 under the hood, the Fleetwood Brougham is not underpowered. This 260-horsepower engine is as venerable and classic as the Fleetwood itself, and is a close relative to the engine found in the Chevrolet Corvette. There is plenty of power for hills, passing, merging, or full loads, and fuel economy is surprisingly good. The 4-speed electronically controlled automatic transmission shifts smoothly and quickly. A trailer towing package is available. It gives the Fleetwood the ability to tow trailers weighing up to 7,000 pounds, a higher rating than many sport-utility vehicles.CONCLUSIONS: The end of an era is approaching. When production of the Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham ends at the end of the 1996 model year, the traditional big Cadillac will be extinct. The highways of America won't be the same.SPECIFICATIONS:1996 CADILLAC FLEETWOOD BROUGHAMBase Price $ 36,995Price As Tested $ 40,512 Engine Type V-8, ohv, pushrod, 16 valve, spfiEngine Size 5.7 liter/350 cid This car is a perfect original Masterpiece, and is said to be by car enthusiasts, "the best cadillac ever made"If you really know your Cadillacs, you wouldn't let this one get away ;)_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ Let me tell you a little bit about us, so you can feel more comfortable when purchasing a vehicle from us...We are a small family dealership, with years of knowledge in the car business.
