In the past 4 years I have replaced the water pump, ignition coil, fuel pump , tires,wiper switch and put a used transmission in it. The 4wd works great and this vehicle passed ct emissions 3 months ago and was only driven 300 miles after that. I purchased a new van and this has been sitting in my yard for the past 2 months . I have had it for 20 years. This is a Florida vehicle and meets ALL California smog checks. In the past year I have invested over 12,000 in mechanical and not including paint which was 7,000. I was restoring this for my nephew but in the end he wanted 4W/drive. I was in N.Y for one year before I drove out here and had to register it so that's why in the pictures you see N.Y. plates. The vehicle has 240,000 Miles on it but everything that could be rebuilt was or replaced with new. Complete motor rebuild, Brakes, Shocks, AC all with 9000 Mi and all stock. Transmission 2000 Mi. Rear end 2000 Mi. Front end 2000 Mi. 18 in wheels and tires were over 2,000 dollars alone. Took all interior out and put sound matting throughout the whole vehicle. Besides the wear on driver seat and very little on passenger the back seat and removable 3rd seat are flawless. New carpet and headliner. I updated the grill to an 04 and put high output 2013 head lamps in. Put all new weather stripping in all doors and it is so quit on the road. Kenwood stereo W/Bluetooth, Pandora, Usb and lots more. Tinted driver and passenger windows and mirrored from passenger back. The paint is 6 years old base coat clear coat and wet sanded. the roof and hood are blk and smocked down to charcoal grey. A few small nicks but still beautiful. I have receipts for all mechanical but so much small stuff I replaced that cost a couple grand. New cat muffler, headers, motor mounts, starter, alternator, gear box, u joints and plenty more everything that I could replace when it was apart I did. This vehicle runs and drives perfect and is solid.

THIS SUBURBAN is a TANK This truck has just had the front brakes done; new tune up-high performance plugs/ air cleaner; NEW Magnaflow exhaust system and catalytic converter (Passed CA Smog with flying colors on 6/6/14 and my certificate can be used again for 90 days) Sounds great I just had a chemical flush done of radiator and engine block removing any rust from the system as well as a full service done with high mileage Mobil 1. The story: You guys back east in rusty crusty country keep asking me for more clean, rust free, square body Fords, well here's a real sweet heart. I've driven this truck 200+ miles, have started it on a -5 degree morning, it starts, runs, drives, shifts and stops excellent in every way. The interior is absolutely immaculate, covered from day one and is literally like brand new. The dash under the cover is perfect, again, appears to have been covered from day one. I have the tailgate, its in good shape. If you're seeking an old school 4WD crew cab that has not been abused, this is a heck of a nice old truck and I would not hesitate to jump in and drive it anywhere.Drive train and options: Has very strong (silent) running 5.8L V8, auto trans, power windows/locks up front, manual in rear, tilt, cruise, AC, tint, trailer brakes, tow package, dual tanks, 4 brand new tires, recent fluid/filter service, non smoking, no pets or kids ever. This truck is what it appears to be right down to the hubcaps, an original, "Grampa's" truck, everything works as it should, it runs and drives excellent in every way and is what you would expect with these miles in this condition.The Camper: The 1991 Idle Time overhead camper can be removed if you do not want it. This camper is 25 years old and appears to have been taken care of but it has been my experience that all old campers have issues and need constant work. There is a 3 burner stove, an oven, dual stainless steel sink, toilet, shower, bathroom sink, tons of storage, AC, furnace, a bed above, the dinette converts into another bed etc. It is well below freezing outside so I cannot verify what works and what doesn't. I have not tried anything other than some of the lights inside. I can see quite a bit of silicone on the forward facing window frame and elsewhere but I do not see any leakage or ceiling stains inside. This truck has been parked at my cabin for the last week with a foot of snow on it, again I do not see any leaks but make no guarantees. This camper is very tall and super heavy, it will make shipping very difficult, if you decide you do not want it I will have it removed and we can work out some sort of price credit. Though in excellent condition, this is a used 23 year old truck and there are some "to be expected" imperfections. I am being very "nit-picky" on some of this stuff because I value my reputation/feedback and no one likes surprises. There is damage/wear here and there on the original paint, hood, some scratches etc (see photos) There was a small crease in the drivers side rear door, I had it PDRed, is barely noticeable (see photos) There are a few small stains in the carpet, minor and would probably come out with some scrubbing (see photos) There are some scuffs and scratches as you would expect on a truck of this age. This van starts, runs, drives and stops excellent in every way. I have driven this van 2000 miles to Houston and back towing a cargo trailer, it is a very tight vehicle and will not disappoint you. See below for history- The K5 Blazer was the smallest full size SUV version of the General Motors CK Trucks family. - Introduced to the Chevrolet line in 1969 the full size Blazer was replaced in 1995 by the Chevrolet Tahoe. - In 1970 GMC introduced its own model of the truck called the Jimmy which lasted until the 1992 GMC Yukon. - Both were based on the short wheelbase trucks and were available with either rear wheel drive or four wheel drive. - The Blaze's long wheelbase relative with an integrated rear body and doors for 2nd row passengers is known as the Chevrolet Suburban. - The Jimmy name was chosen to reflect the GMmy sound in a similar manner in how jeep was a pronounciation of GP in the competing market.- The K5 Blazer and Jimmy had full convertible removable tops until 1975. - In 1976 GM introduced a half cab design that was less prone to leaks and slightly safer in a roll over. - These half cabs are convertible starting at a few inches behind the driver passenger doors all the way back to the tailgate. - In 1992 the Blazer was redesigned completely and no longer had a removable top.- Smaller models the S10 Blazer and S15 Jimmy were introduced alongside these trucks in 1983. - The original Blazer and Jimmy remained in production until 1991 1992 saw the introduction of a new K1500 Blazer and the rebadged GMC Yukon on the GMT400 platform. - After 1994 the Blazer was renamed the Chevrolet Tahoe and it was offered in a two door model up until 1999. - After that it was offered only with four passenger doors.- Serious inquires only.
