in good shape, Driver seat has been sewn on outer cushion, may need a fuel pump, no more than a $200 fix can buy the pump for $40, and the thing runs good, starts 90% of the time, only reason it doesn't start other time is due to fuel pump not kicking on, it has 2 EVAP Canisters codes, nothing bad $15-$40 for each one... then driver door bushings, all these are KNOWN ISSUES with the 5.7l vortec motor, look it up, most will have these issues. so all in all you are in it probably 4300-4400 not bad for a fully loaded 4x4 vehicle that is clean and in good shape, 170k on motor n tranny, 339k on body. new suspension, brakes, distributor cap, rotory, plugs, wires, thermostat. come drive it you won't be disappointed.
