1970 Grumman Custom Concession Truck This truck, inclusive of the engine and transmission, was completely rebuilt. All work was done recently. After rebuilding the truck, we cooked and sold food with it for only three months. All of the food-appliances are like-new There is a large griddle, two propane burners, a fryer, a coffee-urn, a steam-table, a microwave oven, a 3-bay sink, a hand-wash sink, a freezer, and a glass-front refrigerator. It has a large server-window that is situated above an external counter. It has a hot-water heater, a 30 gallon fresh-water storage tank, and a 35 gallon waste-water tank. Most-all of the aforesaid equipment is stainless-steel, and is secured with stainless-steel hardware. The truck is with a large externally mounted encased propane-tank, and an externally-mounted encased 5-KW electric generator.
