For sale 62 bubbletop ,built from an original 28000 mile California car. Vin # 21637L129xxx. the 1637 denotes a V8 belair, where as 1537 denotes a 6 . Build date 11D Van nuys. Motor is correct # 3788068 date code L12861. Radio and heater delete. Original windshield with California Highway Patrol safety sticker on it dated Dec 1972. Car is completely rebuilt Brakes, front and rear suspension ,etc. This car is still wearing the original factory undercoating. The floors, braces, trunk are all the original ones that came with the car.This is one of the most rock solid bubbletops that I have seen. Paint is DuPont single stage urethane, with 3 coats of clear on it, wet sanded and polished to a show car finish. Body is laser straight, with correct gaps on the sheetmetal fits. Pricing on car is low due to the unfinished underneath ,except for the frame and suspension.This was a frame off restoration , but I built the car to drive.
