(cheaper this time because im aggravated. OK that's off my chest. :) My 57 Chevy is up for sale. Too many cars and not enough space. I purchased this car about 3 years ago. The car was converted from a 4 door to a 2 door. (Registered as a two door) The front door pillars were moved back 6 inches and the car has doors from a 55 2 door car. The body is fairly straight and wouldn't take too much to finish. The engine is a 250 straight six from a Chevelle. Runs great!! Took family on 200 mile trip at end of summer no problems. Gas mileage is great. Ive upgraded the front brakes to disc from Tom's Classic. New Gas tank and sending unit plus filler neck (above half tank there is a weep from new seal....I gave up on it so I always run about 5 gallons on fillup). New Windshield, Driveshaft, Rear wheel bearings/Seals, New tires (2013) New Wiper Arms/Blades. New ball joints plus front end alignment. Lights/blinkers all function. Speedometer is not hooked up. Original heater core missing. Blower works if you put power to it. Interior is beat up. I lost the car keys and now its on a toggle switch. The Trunk has an old saw blade I made to unlock for access. The passenger hood hinge is weak. The rear Trunk helper spring is broken so trunk feels heavy but opens and closes so ive left it alone. bottoms of doors have sheet metal patch. Car is a fun rat rod.....far from perfect but im not selling it for much....way less than I have into it. Everyone who has put money into a car knows this! On Nov-29-15 at 15:07:37 PST, seller added the following information: Some questions came up......I didn't mention the rear windows, they are plexi glass and do not roll up or down. Just for show. Previous owner made all conversion modifications to the 2 door. I do not have any trim. Everything on the car is all I ever had for it. Hope this helps.

Located in stafford springs, CT 06076. Up for sale is my 2004 mazda rx8. I bought this car last year with a blown motor. I completely rebuilt the engine with all brand new parts supplied by goopy performance out of new York. I still have all of the empty parts bags as well as photographs of the complete build to prove it. Just the parts alone cost me over $1600. I have only put about 4 thousand miles on this car since then. it has about 90k miles on the entire car. I am the second owner. The reason I am selling is because I would like to buy a 350z, and need the funds to do so. This car is fast and fun, and handles better than almost any other car I have driven. Manual 6 speed transmission with brand new clutch and pressure plate. Along with the rebuild I added in an "OMP" adapter. What this does is redirects the oil metering pump so you can directly inject 2 stroke oil instead of the dirty oil pan oil, which also allows you to run full synthetic oil in the car, ( which is not recommended unless you have the omp adapter). If you would like to learn more about this just google omp adapter for mazda rx8. It also increases the life of the engine. I have only run amsoil in the engine since rebuild. It has the upgraded starter. The interior is flawless red and black leather. Everything works. Heated seats. The exterior of the car is nearly flawless as well, with just a few light scratches as all used cars get, and a small bubble starting at the gas door. The exhaust is an eBay cat back special. It doesn't increase hp just makes it sound good. This car is NOT a hack job. Adult owned and driven. It is a super clean, reliable and unmolested rx8. Everything else is bone stock. The rear end has limited slip. The only thing this car could use is rear tires and an A/C recharge, because it was disconnected when the motor was pulled. I will try to have it fixed by the end of the auction but THERE IS NO GAURANTEE. It's currently registered and still being driven on nice days, so expect the mileage to go up a little. Up for sale is my 2007 Honda Accord sedan. It has the V-6 engine with the 5 speed automatic transmission. It is as close to new as it gets for the condition miles and year.The first owner drove it only 800-1000 miles per year. I drove it as a daily commuter for two years. It is exceptionally clean and it should show that in the pictures. It drives very good and the steering wheel is straight and doesn't pull. The brakes don't pulsate and the transmission shifts good. It had 4 new General Altimax HP touring tires put on about 2500 miles ago. It has a new top of the line battery from Advance Auto put in about 1 month ago. The leather has been cleaned and Lexol leather conditioner has been applied and the seats are soft with no cracks. The carpet has been steam cleaned. The exterior paint which has virtually no scratches has been buffed and still shines like new and has had the Simoniz paint protectant applied.The rear windows have been legally tinted to a 35%. 1996 Ford Bronco - Eddie Bauer Package, 4X4, 5.8L, auto, 152,8XX original miles, Tow Package Very motivated to sell! Please contact me with any questions after you have read the description in full! Description: Runs and drives excellent. Powerful and ready to pull your trailer or tree stump out of your lawn (has factory heavy-duty tow package)! A real work horse that looks good from far away, but body TLC is obviously there. This has been a very dependable truck for me, however I have too many vehicles and not enough places to put them, so this one has got to go. Interior and engine bay are exceptionally clean and well cared for (especially under my ownership). It wears the original tan leather interior that shows minor cracking, but is still very soft and comfortable. All electronics function properly except for the overhead exterior temperature reader and rear tailgate window mechanism, but still works properly with interior switch. Radio acts up every so often (powers on and off). I might have a spare factory radio somewhere. I think it's just a loose wire, but I have no time to take it all apart and look it over. The trailer hitch lights up blue and red, so it will be sold disconnected (as is in the pictures). Check with your local authorities to see if it is something they'll let you have plugged in. I have more than my asking price invested in this vehicle. My loss, your gain. Clean title in hand. Engine/Transmission: The 5.8L engine and auto transmission run beautifully. When I moved to Maine over four years ago, I drove this six hours from my previous residence without any hesitations or problems. I trailered it from Maine to where I live in CT now because it wasn't registered. Engine is exceptionally clean, especially for the mileage. Interior: I give it a 7.5- 8/10. Leather is in very fair condition (especially for the mileage) and front carpets are clean. I haven't really taken the time to detail it because it still looks good (as seen below in the photo). The back tailgate carpet is not there. The back carpet has minor stains that can probably be steam cleaned out. Body: Body is very solid underneath, but frame is rusty (as are most Bronco's and F-150's). I had an inspector look at it and he verified that it is fine and actually commented on how solid it was underneath despite the "salt rust" on the outside. I've replaced a few of the "common Bronco parts" brackets underneath that attach to the frame. Doors are repairable, tailgate I'd recommend replacing and obviously, to be perfect, new rear quarters. Recent Work: New locking hubs (manual), brakes, brake lines, front coil springs, rear shocks, front and rear brackets body/mount brackets, muffler, tailpipe, O2 sensors, and more. Over the course of my ownership, I've put in over $2500 worth of parts in it, most of which was done in the last 600 miles! Must see to appreciate! Needs: Body work, A/C recharge, tailgate window mechanism built into the lock, tires, a hose has just starting to slowly leaking transmission fluid so that will need to be replaced and blower resistor. I already did some bodywork to the rear quarters above the wheels (see last few photos).
