I have for sale a 1979 Scout, this Scout has been completely restored, THERE IS NO RUST!!!! The Scout has new carpet, upholstery, cup holder console, working cruse control, working AC, tilt steering column, rally steering wheel, power steering and power brakes. The truck has every option that was available in 1979. I am also including a full set of skid plates I had powder coated for the truck, note they are not installed. Engine is the International 304, rebuilt with less than 5000 miles, runs as new with no leaks and uses no oil between oil changes. Transmission is the 727, rebuilt with less than 5000 miles, no leaks and shifts as new. Transfer case Dana 20 cleaned checked and serviced with synthetic gear oil. Axles are Dana 44s fully serviced with synthetic gear oil, run quite and smooth. I just repacked the front wheel bearings and installed new Warn locking hubs. Also has new brakes, tires and wheels. I have also installed new 4 core radiator, new fan shroud, AC system is brand new with all modern components blows cold. The Scout has just been completely serviced and in ready for years of service. I stripped the body to bare metal. replaced the quarter panels, front floors, and front cab mounts, also cleaned and inspected the entire truck, there is no rust and everything works as new or better on this Scout. The lower portion of the Scout is sprayed with color matched bed liner as well as the interior floors and bed sides. The Scout has new base/clear paint in the factory color, along with a clear stone guard on the front grill. I have completed many frame off restorations on Scouts and this one is as good as it gets.
