Family owner with 152,000 it's the LTZ model which is FULLY loaded. Leather interior, electric sun roof, alloy wheels, running boards, memory seats, heated seats, dual climate control, on star, diagnostics on dash etc etc etc. Truck was just in an slight accident down both sides which caused body damage / minor body damage to the side panels etc. It has some under carriage issues, front end alignment? And rear drivers side sway bar link came un-welded from the frame and frame as well need some attention due to rusted out areas which need to be capped I suppose? It runs amazing! The engine and transmission run and shift as they should, many new coils were literally just installed, new water pump, new upper control arms on both sides, brakes and multiple other things. This was our family vehicle and was kept up! Take a look at the leather interior and how amazing the seats still look, Look at the headliner etc. (no radio) all babied miles! So the accident just happened with the truck and the insurance company stamped the title Salvage. So if someone needs an interior OR an amazingly clean engine, transmission and 4wd this would be a great buy OR if you want a yard/plow truck this is a great buy OR if you want to fix it up then you're into it cheap only with a salvage title. Service abs brake light is on I think it's just a fuse because it was on after the adjuster came and did his thing. Again this vehicle was just on the road up until 1 week ago. Sold as is knowing it has frame rot and crack issues... no refunds!!! buy it to fix or buy it for parts or scrap etc...1999 Dodge Ram 3500 Van the maxi extended version with seats for 15. It has a 5.9 360 engine, 46re automatic transmission with overdrive/lock up transmission and the upgraded option 4000lb heavy duty axle. So here's the bad... The frame cracked right where the steering box is and has rust in the same area. I believe it's repairable or use any and all parts you need then scrap the rest. Let me start with this, I own 4 of these vans and this one by far mechanically was the best. The engine and transmission have both been gone through and run amazingly! Tires (Firestone) are all near new, the battery is near new (about 1 year old), the seats are in very good shape from front to back. Respectable Van inside and out, privacy glass all the way down both sides. The air conditioning is all intact and was working up until last year and I believe it just needs a couple cans of 134a recharge? No check engine codes, and the emissions are up to snuff with a perfectly working catalytic converter and O2 sensors. It is still Rhode Island state inspected till I believe the end of July and I was using vehicle just up until several days ago. Unmolested interior ( missing windshield surround plastic trim ($30 at pick n pull salvage), floors are good etc etc. the engine and transmission alone are worth it! I can't stress that this was a turn key Van that idles fine, shifts fine, runs strong coasting along at 75mph. Just has the front frame issue. Babied vans are rare! $1500 or trade of equal value, clean registration in my name! If it doesn't sell I'm pulling the engine and tranny, seats, rims and tires, battery etc. and scrapping the rest. The seats individually sell on eBay for $400 each! It's not a perfect Van and needs attention from a decent welder fabricator OR again you get a complete Van that's known to run smooth and strong with a strong transmission and rear end, excellent Firestone tires.
