Street Rodding in Class and ComfortUp for sale is an ALL STEEL BODIED custom 1939 Pontiac Silver Streak 2dr Sedan. Assembled in 1992 this classic has custom GM burgundy base/clear paint job with a custom mural and airbrushed custom graphics, a custom front end mask/bra, bucket seats and custom embossed door panels. This is definitely a one of a kind. It's all, Purist, Pontiac Powered with a stock '76 Pontiac 400 T/A cid engine, mild cam, Edelbrock Carb, Street Dominator Intake, VDO gauges with a complete 12 Volt system and Mallory HEI ignition. A Heidt Mustang II front suspension with 11 inch power front disc brakes, a 12 bolt GM leaf spring rear end with 3.08 gears and Monroe air shocks riding on 225R70x14 front and 225R70x15 rear tires with Spectrum wheels round off the suspension. Classic Air, GM Tilt with Grant GT steering wheel, power steering, cruise control, factory dash clock and an AM-FM CD with equalizer radio make cruising, more comfortable. The car is very clean but is definitely NOT an trailer queen. It gets driven to shows and whenever the weather indicates it's time to cruise! There are a few minor imperfections in the paint and the undercarriage definitely proves it gets driven! Currently there is a minor issue with the brakes and the pedal is low and a little soft. Have not had time to evaluate but does not seem to be a major issue. Will try to have the issue resolved before the sale or am willing to negotiate price once sold.I am listing this vehicle for a friend as they do not do Ebay or have a PayPal account.
