My eautiful and extremely rare 2014 Hertz Penske Ford Mustang GT. This is ONE of 150 made only. Car currently has 8965 miles on it. Runs and drives awesome. These Hertz Penske GT’s were developed to commemorate the partnership in the Nascar Nationwide series Mustang between Hertz and Penske and they did a great job building an absolutely stunning vehicle. Basically the 150 made for Hertz started life as a 2014 Mustang Black GT optioned with electronics package, Brembo brake package, Leather Recaro’s and spoiler delete with the window sticker below. Total vehicle price on the window sticker is $42,370.00. This is number 59/150. As far as I know, this is the 1st Hertz Penske 2014 Mustang GT to go up for sale on Ebay. With only 150 made total it is the rarest of all cars made specifically for Hertz Corporation. What a great collector piece with the Hertz and Penske Heritage. Would make an awesome edition for any Hertz rent a racer collector. On a sad note though, out of the 150 made for Hertz, I have been told at least 5 have been totaled so far. The Mustang's were then shipped directly from Flat Rock Assembly Plant to Roush Industries to have the $4500+ Ford Racing parts installed. Below are the enhancements listed on the Hertz website and their write up on the vehicle; Hertz Penske GT Be one of the lucky few to drive this extensively modified Ford Mustang GT sports car commemorating Hertz’s sponsorship of Penske Racing. This race-inspired monster for the street is only available for rent at Hertz, and with only 150 produced, it is a rare beast indeed. Enhancements Include: • Upgraded air intakes and engine management programs for improved throttle response • Unique body kit and a performance suspension for improved aerodynamics, tauter handling, and an aggressive lowered stance • Custom appearance package including Hertz and Penske badging, an off-center racing stripe, and commemorative interior and engine bay plaques • Interior enhancements including Recaro seats, custom floor mats and door sills, and an upgraded gauge pod • Upgraded rear axle with 3.55 axle ratio for improved acceleration • Brembo brakes for confident and responsive braking • Touchscreen infotainment system with GPS The Hertz Penske GT is the latest addition to the pulse-quickening Hertz Adrenaline Collection . Each muscle car model has heritage-inspired styling wrapped around the latest performance hardware, To further explain the changes, here is what I have found to have been added; Boss 302 front splitter, Boss 302 Coil Covers in the engine compartment, Ford Racing center caps, GT 500 rear spoiler, GT 500 rear diffuser, GT 500 rear exhaust, 3.55 gears, Hertz Penske lighted door sills, 2012 Laguna Seca Boss 302 gauge pack, Ford Racing suspension package, Hertz Penske floor mats and front fender badges. This car is definitely faster than my other 2014 Mustang GT with auto and it handles amazingly. It is approximately 1" lower than a standard GT Mustang as well. I have many more pictures but had no room to add them. I will send a link to more photo's to interested parties. A date of 7/22/2013 is written in the drivers door jamb which I am guessing is the in service date. Factory Bumper to Bumper is good for another 2.5 years(7/2016) or 36k miles and the powertrain for another 4.5 years(7/18) or 60k miles. This Hertz/Penske is an absolute blast to drive and sounds great!
