This is a project car with an interesting history. The military dash tag says it is an 8 passenger car and shows a delivery date of 7 57. On the front bumper you can also see the old SAC number. The car was purchased from a wrecking yard about 30 years ago and has been sitting ever since. The headliner is gone, I removed it because it was hanging down like curtains. The body is pretty good but it does have some of the normal 57 rust problems like front floors and lower rear quarters. The rear floors will need some small patches under the back seat but they are in pretty decent shape. There is some of the usual rust under the headlights. The spare tire well is rusty only in the front but the gas tank is no good. Some of the side glass is cracked but the tailgate window is good, the windshield though is cracked on the passenger edge. The chrome checkmark is missing from the passenger side rear door. The windshield does not have any chrome around it and I am not sure it is supposed to. I do have another 4door parts wagon I can get a few parts from if the buyer desires. The engine is strait 6 and it is not stuck. The 3spd column shift feels pretty good too. I have a clear Idaho title on the car. I can deliver the car if not to far away for the cost of fuel and a trailer. Feel free to email or call with questions 2O8 seven O4O7.

1950 DeSoto hardtop in excellent condition. This car spent the first 60 years of its life in southern California and was a one owner for that period of time. It was purchased by a business in Montana that was going to build a hot rod with it but had too many irons in the fire so chose to sell it to me. Therefore, I believe I am the third owner and have owned it for 5 years. I disassembled it, had all the parts sand blasted and painted. I painted the vehicle in original colors for 1950. The interior dash and garnish mouldings have been powder coated. Beautiful new upholstery by a local shop. Almost all of the chrome was redone. The engine was rebuilt prior to my purchase so it runs very strong. All mechanicals are good - brakes redone, etc. Odometer shows 68,248 miles which I believe to be actual miles. This car has the DeSoto fluid drive transmission. This is a beautiful, good driving car. It has been restored to match the 1950 era. I wouldn't call it a show car, it's more of a great daily driver. There are things that aren't absolutely technically correct compared to the way it came out of the factory and there are some minor imperfections, however, overall it is a great classic car.

I have a 1941 Chevrolet Pickup Truck in original condition! Run! 1/2 ton Original frame and sheet metal! This does not have the original 216 engine. 235 Engine, Babbitted Bearings, converted to 12V system. Radiator is not original either. There is a crack in the exterior engine block, but does not affect the engines ability, and does not leak. All sheet metal is in good condition, tail gate is dinged up from normal use that this truck would normal see from its era. Some light rust in some areas, but nothing that has eaten thou the sheet metal. This guys has not been chopped up and has not been rat rodded! My dad purchased this gem for me when I was born, and we have kept it in good shape, and done some work on it since. I have 2 extra doors, extra dashboard, and an extra engine for it! Also have lots of extra parts, lights, ect... I have the wiper motors! They are currently not mounted, but we have them with all the extra parts. I have a clear title the truck does run, and it will drive onto a transporter.all parts can be securely tied down to make the trip. 4I don't know the size of the other engine in the back We kept it in a barn for years.
