Tires and brakes are fair to good, We loved this vehicle and bought a 2011 which is not as nice even though newer. The air doesn't work and did not take a recharge so that is an issue. The leather pouch behind one of the front seats gets pulled out. Only know defect. New battery. Drives great. Full luggage rack. Car fax should show some minor damage mis haps. all professionally fixed. some minor scrapes and dings and rust. front bumper has crack. Been absolutely the best vehicle we have ever owned.
