It was my Step Dad and Mom’s vehicle until recently when I bought it so is a one FAMILY owned vehicle. I already have 2 other SUVs so this one has to go. Most of the miles are highway between Mount Vernon, IL and Saint Louis, MO or Mount Vernon to Lake of the Ozarks, MO. It was purchased from Ford Square in Mount Vernon (new) and has had all service done there. It has never missed an oil change even. Everything works and it is EXTREMELY clean. Take a look at the pictures. No accidents either! It was professionally installed so taping the brake (like you were going to shift into drive) kills the engine. This ensures nobody can drive off with the vehicle when remotely started. It also has a button for remotely opening and closing the rear hatch. This is a super handy feature when your hands are full. The driver’s door windows are tinted with Llumar window film. The windshield also has a strip of tint at the top. Again, this vehicle is just exceptionally clean and well cared for. All the accessories work as they should with nothing broken or needing to be fixed. In full disclosure, there is some wear as you should expect on a vehicle this age/mileage. I counted 3 small door dings no bigger than a quarter or nickel in size. One wheel has a very slight curb rash as shown in the photos. The side of the driver’s seat has a few cracks which are also pictured. The driver’s floor mat shows some wear too. That’s really all I can say that isn’t perfect. I just had a full detail done by a professional detailer, took these photos and parked it in the garage. Expect it to look like you see it in the photos when you come to pick it up. I’m not interested in trades and ONLY accept cash or a cashier’s check from US Bank or Community First Bank of the Heartland. The Awesome: There are absolutely no leaks! Not even condensation or moisture. Outside of the engine and underneath the hood are all dry. Only 90,*** miles- Very low mileage for a truck its age and I use it daily Newer parts( All within last two years) - Front disks, brakes, bearings, and brake hoses. U-Joints. Air control valve. Spark plugs and coils. Fuel filter. Tensioner Pulley, Idler Pulley, Idle Air Control Valve. (I have all paperwork or receipts for work done and it is more than $1,000 in parts. ) The Good: The truck is clean and is reliable. I use it as a daily driver to work, which is in town, but most of the miles I've put on the truck have been from interstate driving. I generally get between 17-18 miles per gallon as a conscious driver. Tires have around 80% life remaining. The Questionable: Being sold with one key - automatic clicker does not work. ( It might be a random clicker that was just put on because it does not respond with a new battery.) Rust- Most is found at the base of the doors- mostly the driver's side- and the under-carriage. The CD Player does not function; normal wear and tear; sewn rear seat; some minor staining on floor; overhead compartment clip broken; bull bar lights do not work and it's mostly likely a short. Condition: Overall the truck is in good mechanical shape. Other than a low idle, which I had adjusted, I have had no mechanical issues. The truck starts right up, runs nice, and drives straight. New parts within last 15 months: front rotors, brakes, brake hoses, wheel bearings, and U-Joints, and one new caliper. The interior consists of grey cloth, with no excessive use or damage. There are some stitches on the rear bench. Features: The truck has oversize tires with 75 percent life remaining, a four inch lift, cold-air intake, and a bull-bar with fog lights attached. The fog lights work, but were not 'professionally' done- meaning the wire makes its way into the cab.
