I am listing this car for an ex customer on my mail route. She has 3 cars now and a two car garage so it is usually stored. The car belonged to her husband who is now deceased and her children have no interest in this car. I can only tell what I found not working. You need to ask questions for clarity. Not a scam or a junk car by any means. It shows very nice as it was painted about 4 years ago but mostly stored since then. The interior is the biggest thing in need of attention as it is all original, but needs to be redone. almost EVERYTHING else on the car is new or rebuilt, with documented receipts that I have and will include for you. The 365 engine was rebuilt in 12-10. by Rumore's classic cars in Rockford ILL. 815 399 4847. This was $4062 including towing and a wheel cylinder. The metal work on this engine was $1110 (grind crank, boring 60 over) Another bill is for misc items like battery, plugs, hoses, is $993. Another bill to replace fuel tank and more for $320. We have a bill for $1522 for a carb rebuild and intake gasket. Another bill on 7-23-11 for $2295 is mostly for a trans rebuild. More misc receipts as well. The bottom line is this can was taken care of and rarely driven the last few years. The tires are not new but look like it. Hardly no tread wear. Along with the interior I mentioned is the dash pad. It needs to be replaced. The back seat area is decent looking. I could not get the heater fan to do anything. The windows are electric but the drivers side will not roll down. The radio does not work but along with that, there is no antennae. There is an after market radio in glove box. The lower right light on the front bumper is missing/does not work. Their may be more that needs done but I listed what was obvious. If you have questions, please ask me and I will try to get you an answer in 24 hours. The car is close by. Owner does not want to be there alone unless someone is with her. If you want a very nice looking 57 caddy without spending 60k on a frame off, this is it. With a little more work, this car could bring great money down the road. All of the hard stuff is done. THIS CAR IS YOURS ONCE YOU DRIVE OFF!! I don't want you to get home and say something is wrong, so ask now, or set up a time to see in person if in the northern IL area. The car starts and I moved it out of driveway. I did not test on the road. I believe it would go anywhere, however to me, it is a local driver. I don't know how this 58 year old girl would do on the highway, so a trailer is recommended if traveling far until you know her better. I have a separate photo of numerous documentation. I'm selling my 1994 black mr2 Turbo. It is loaded and has every option for the year. Car is from Texas so no rust and clean underbody etc. The interior is one of the cleanest you will ever find for a mr2 that is 20 yrs old. Many new parts.... New shift boot, new Floormats,full-tune up with all new ignition stuff,cap,rotor,plug wires,spark plugs and front tires all brand new. Brand new 20% window tint. T-tops seals are good and NO LEAKS (yes rare also I know) seats have not one tear in them and they are original. Modifications: ct20b turbo(spools way faster than stock turbo and pulls to the redline matched up to 3inch downpipe) motor runs great with no issues. Also has new light flywheel with heavy duty street clutch with only 6000 miles on it. The two-piece 17inch wheels by kinetic where 2300 dollars without tires and I just fitted some brandnew TRD center caps on them to dress them up a bit more. I just put brandnew foglamps and also new 255 Walbro fuel pump in So it can handle bigger injectors and bigger turbo down the road. Has a fully done Stereo system with two amps and 2 bazooka subs behind the seats with ipod/iPhone hook up. I put a lot of money into this car to get is super nice and get compliments on it ALL the time and people randomly taking pics of it. I'm only selling cause I want V8 m3 competition package. If I could afford to have the mr2 and the M3 I would for sure but I don't have that luxury at this point to do so. I'm deciding to get out of my beautiful Accord Coupe to get into a sedan for some more interior room/something a bit more practical for my needs. This car has an immaculate interior and an exterior of about a 9/10 with just a few blemishes mainly on the front bumper from normal road wear. I just had 4 brand new Falken Pro G4's put on, on 7/21/15. The car was meticulously maintained by the 2 prior owners besides me and I have been told that it has always been garage kept as it has been by me as well. One look at the car and you'll be know it has been babied. The person I bought it from only used it for commuting to work and that is all that I use the vehicle for myself so the car is 90% highway miles. It has a Honda factory installed remote start and has Honda Factory installed DVD headrests (a rare option) for both the driver and passenger headrests.This model has the Variable Cylinder Management (VCM) which shuts down 2 cylinders at cruising speeds to save on fuel. I consistently get 30mpg on the highway while still having a powerful V6. The car runs perfectly and has never failed me nor have I had any odd issues with it. I swear by Honda reliability.
