This is a 1994 Chevy G20 van. It contains a 4 door Nelson Cold Plate ice cream freezer, two nacho cheese warmers and a snow cone machine with a new extra blade as well as adjustable cup dispensers. It currently has 120,200.8 miles on it. The truck is not currently being used but we start it regularly to keep it running well. It gets about 20 miles per gallon, which is good, given the weight she carries. We ran this truck for three years and did quite well with it. We sold chips, sodas, juice, bottled water, boiled peanuts, snow-cones, candy, chips, pork rinds, gum, pickled eggs, pickled sausages, pickled pig's feet, sunflower seeds, hot dogs, chili cheese dogs, Jamaican meat patties, coffee, hot chocolate, muffins, cookies, snack cakes and of course, ice cream. We had arrangements with the local Boys and Girls Club, the YMCA and several of the area schools for end of year activities. We went out in the mornings of the "off months" to the school bus stops to sell coffee, hot chocolate and baked goods. However, we now own a butcher shop and I have health issues that need to be addressed. We have too little time to run both and would like to sell the truck to someone else who can use it to make a nice income. We can tell you everything you need to know about contacting schools, which events to join and which to avoid, where to get your supplies and even how to make some of the products you will be selling. It has the loudest speaker possible on it (the type used on emergency vehicles) and we ran it with a little MP3 player so we could match our music to the event we were engaged in. Not seen in the photos is a small "dormitory" refrigerator to keep drinks and condiments cold. We did not know this was a fleet vehicle, although despite what the report shows this is the proper and correct mileage. It did not indicate any mileage issues on the North Carolina title; for some unknown reason South Carolina added the mileage notation. The odometer works fine so we never had reason to question. The vehicle has not been in any accidents of note. Apparently as a fleet truck in 2004 it was broken into through the back door but because it was a fleet truck it had to be reported. That shows on the report as an accident/claim. It is dinged here and there but it is also a 1994 model. Any potential buyers are very welcome to have a mechanic come by and look the vehicle over and even drive it before you bid on it. It will need new tires before the beginning of next season. We believe that if something is a piece of junk we should take it to a junk yard. This truck is stable and will be profitable for you as it was for us. This truck is local pickup only BUT if you hire a carrier to bring it to you, we will release it to him after we verify with you.
