Prior to posting the car for sale, I took it to my mechanic to get fully checked out and tuned up to make sure that it is in excellent running condition for the new buyer. Based on the recommendation of my mechanic I had the following replaced at my own cost: 1. Replaced the oxygen sensors (approx $500) 2. Completely replaced the back passenger taillight with a new authentic part from Porsche because there was a small crack in the casing (approx $690) 3. Purchased a new battery (approx $230) 4. Purchased a full synthetic oil change and new filters good for the next 9000-10000 miles (approx $120) 5. Cleaned the fuel injector good for the next 9000-10000 miles (approx $20) 6. I will be sure to have the gas tank filled with grad 93 gas for the seller7. I purchased a new leather cover for the shifter since the old was slightly work that is also included in the sale. The car ran and drove extremely well before being serviced and should now have absolutely no mechanical issues in the foreseeable future. I have the records for all the aforementioned servicing. Car also passed inspected recently. Inspection certificate will be left in the car. The top is manual and functions properly. Car handles extremely well and is a very fun sporty vehicle. Im only selling because my wife has finally convinced me that the boys are too big now to sit in the back now ! The car runs very well and is an awesome ride. I only commute 2.5 miles everyday and its always been garaged except for the last year since we moved and its been garaged 70% of the time. Here is a list of the work I have had done to it: March 2011, 79291 miles. NJ State Inspection; front brake pads, engine serviced. June 2011 Replaced Battery Dec 2011, 82217 miles 4 New Tires fitted, engine serviced. Replaced Negative cable for Battery Oct 2012, 84306 miles New brake pads front/back, Coolant level sensor, engine serviced Mar 2013, 85449 miles Spark plug seal, left and right valve cover gaskets and seals. NJ State Inspection As above I have mentioned there are a few marks, worst being the small scrape on the right rear quarter and the rear fender. Please see photographs. Also the electric roof switch (works fine) has broken from its mount, so I leave the switch poking out a bit, looks like it could be glued in place. There are two keys and remotes (which need new batterys). Original Jaguar Handbook and info in binder that has its own slot in the glove compartment. These is a SONY CD player that will play and charge IPOD. A Sirius Satellite Radio. There is also the cover to put over the roof when down and a full car cover to keep it clean, A/C works well. I was intending to relist this a few weeks ago, but due to left ankle surgery and this is my only Automatic car i had to keep it another month or so. So it now has over 88,000 on clock Its really hard to part with especially in this weather!!
