Here we have a 1994 Chevy 3500 Type 1 6.5L Turbo Diesel ambulance. Equipped with the very powerful and reliable 6.5L turbo diesel engine with an automatic transmission. Only 20,017 miles on it. The body was built by Wheeled Coach. This ambulance runs and drives great. The engine starts right up without any issues and has a Block Heater for easier winter starts. No hesitations, smoke, misses, knocks, or noises. The transmission shifts smoothly through all gears. It is very clean inside and out other than a paint issue on the hood (easy fix), a missing skirtrail on the left lower front of the coach and a couple small dents in 2 of the exterior access doors. It has been well taken care of throughout its lifetime. All of the lights, sirens, PA system, and ambulance equipment work perfectly. Nothing has been stripped out of this ambulance. All of the compartments are clean and rot free. All six tires are like New with Lots of Tread. Brand New Spare included.
Please note that I have Not had a chance to detail and really clean this ambulance due to poor Michigan weather conditions.
This Ambulance was a former GSA Fleet vehicle and did not see much use. It is the LOWEST MILEAGE AMBULANCE on Ebay!!!! Lots of service life left!!!
