car will start, but is not driveable, it does not create enough power move, and smoke badly!
Oil is coming out of engine and into the air intake area, (I assume it is a valve issue) I have changed
many parts trying to fix the rough running issues, but each time it kept getting worse. It does not
have a battery. the only bad rust area, are the panels under the doors.
