This VW Ragtop is an exceptional example of a quality built classic. This little beetle spent its life in California before it came to Boise which is the reason why it's such a solid rust free car. No expense was spared by the previous owner when he had the entire beetle restored and rebuilt. Thousands of dollars were invested into making this little ragtop one of a kind! There was over 10k alone in just paint and body work! The platform of this beetle sports a solid 70' pan with an adjustable air front end. A 2110cc engine with dual carbs was installed to give this little beetle the power and stamina to keep up with current vehicles on the road. Then transferring the power to the ground is a Freeway Flyer transmission allowing the beetle to cruise on highways and freeways without the risk of damaging the engine from long periods of high RPM's. It has a custom weave style beige interior installed with custom orange bead piping that matches the exterior color, new tan canvas material on ragtop, one piece side windows, cal-style rubber window seals, solid aluminum running boards, and 15" chrome VW steel wheels with true 3 1/2" wide white wall Firestone tires.This beetle is a great driver that you will enjoy with each drive. Be prepared to turn heads everywhere you go and get tons of thumbs up. Recent maintenance items that I had done in the past several months include brake pads, flywheel, clutch disc, pressure plate, cap, rotor, plugs, and wires. I'm selling my 1991 Toyota Mr2 turbo with T-tops. It's red with black leather interior. I've owned it for about 2 years, and it's been a great sports car! It turns heads wherever it goes, and it has terrific handling. The body has about 188k miles on it, but the engine was completely rebuilt less than 2000 miles ago, so it basically has a brand new engine in it. The following was replaced/done: -New pistons -New rods -All new seals/gaskets/belts -Water and oil pumps -Honed cylinders There's more, I just have to find the receipt. All the machine work was done by a professional machine shop This car handles like a go-kart. It has some good aftermarket parts -17" aftermarket wheels -3" aftermarket dual exhaust -HKS SSQV blow off valve -Aftermarket side-mount intercooler -Aftermarket exhaust manifold -Aftermarket front strut bar -Aftermarket undercarriage sway bars -Godspeed wastegate -Autometer oil pressure gauge (installed but not hooked up) -AEM wideband air:fuel gauge (installed but not hooked up) -HKS boost gauge -Momo shift knob -HKS turbo timer The car is in overall really good shape for a 24 year old car. The paint shines up really nice, with minimal sun fading. The only body damage is a dent to the front fender, where the previous owner bumped into it with a trailer he was backing up. The dent was pounded out and painted over, but is still noticeable if you look for it. The interior is in good shape also. There is some cracking in the leather seats, but it's not too bad The car is being sold as-is. Buyer is responsible for shipping. Here is a very nice 1970 Chevrolet C10 Short Box/Short Wheel Base (SWB) Pick up with popular Red and White Two Tone Paint. This truck has had the better looking 72 Grill added by previous owner and agreed, it looks much better! This truck is a fantastic above typical driver quality, but by no means a trailer queen show truck. It is meant to be driven and enjoyed. It has modern Vintage Air Conditioning added and the stock looking climate switches on dash. It has an upgraded CD stereo with Amplifier and power antennae. This truck has had a Crate Chevrolet Motor installed, and not just an ordinary old motor, this is the aluminum head ZZ3 Motor with a four barrel Edelbrock Carb. K & N Air filter and cleaner. It does rumble with headers and packs for exhaust on this great running motor. I have included pictures of the spotless motor and carb. Power brakes, Power Steering. The Turbo 350 Auto Trans has been over hauled and has a mild shift kit, it shifts very nicely. Has trans cooler. This truck has a very clean under carriage and does not drip any fluids. It rides on Chrome 18" rims and the tires are 255/45/ZR18 and plenty of tread on them. It drives straight down the road. The C10 here not only gets attention from the outside but has a custom interior with GM Factory Center console with cup holders that impresses also. The Black Tall Bucket seats are adjustable and comfortable and look great with this truck. It has custom insulated/padded door panels, Grant steering wheel, the Vintage A/C just serviced and blows cold and keeps it quite comfortable in the heat. This truck has been in Dry Climate Northwest and has no visible rust issues which is fairly rare for these trucks. Being from a dry climate and being garaged for many years by previous owner and myself helps. The Paint on this truck looks pretty good for being an older re-spray, it has a few chips here and there, the bed has been lined in black lining and was done well. It has been fully detailed. The rear tailgate trim and upper body side moldings are starting to show their age a bit which is not uncommon, the black stripes start to fade a little but as seen in the pictures they still look ok. I have included many pictures for viewing so you can see how it looks. I am fairly picky with vehicles and tend to over describe but I understand buying a truck like this is a big decision and I would want to know as much as possible too. I am not the original owner and I know of at least two before me. I have receipts, repair orders, and service history for it for many years and also the Crate Motor and Vintage A/C receipts. Pretty good history for a truck over 40 years old. It shows 72K plus on the odometer, but would have to say unknown and with the crate motor it has little bearing. Obviously no warranty but this is a special truck that turns heads and gets the thumbs up at lights all over town. Can be driven anywhere with confidence. Does not smoke, leak, or run poorly. Runs strong and snappy. Just an honest, fun, great looking C10. Selling a Vintage 1981 Jeep CJ-8 Scrambler Pickup. This truck is being sold here for a relative that received this truck as part of a debt owed by someone. The truck sports a fresh and brand new, excellent paint job, a brand new set of seats, has a Jeep brand center console, Brand new JVC Stereo with CD, Remote, Aux. input, and Two Brand new Sony Speakers mounted in the factory dash locations with nothing cut in or altered. The truck has a few added features. It has a vintage compass mounted on the top of the dash, front end protectant screens, Headlight and taillight mesh screen protectors, Warn front Hubs, and retains the Stock 4 cylinder motor which runs strong and smooth. Many of these trucks have had their original power plants removed and small block GM motors put in their place but this one is still as original as it was new. It has a manual 4 speed transmission and it shifts smooth and the clutch operates as is should. The truck has been detailed and is in spotless, clean condition. The current owner just spent thousands on a brand new paint job. The factory roll bar was even repainted. It has a custom gun rack in the bed that is removable. Rear factory tire carrier. Glass is in great shape with new front and rear window seals, bed and cab floors have been lined to keep moisture out and from rusting anything on the truck upper surfaces. Engine compartment is clean and free from any modifications or heavy smog equipment. Does not smoke and goes down the road straight and brakes straight and smooth. Original Jack and lug wrench are still mounted in the engine compartment. The only things I have noticed that in my opinion it needs, is that the tires look to have some age on them but are deep in tread still. The spare looks ok and would do the job if needed but not brand new by any means. It appears that there is a small seep/drip coming from the manual transmission I think. Not an expert but just my honest opinion only. The half cab on the truck has been repainted inside and out and looks like new now. I have posted a lot of pictures to try to answer as many questions as possible. For being almost 35 years old, it is in very nice shape and looks very original and not lifted or turned into a rock crawler. Miles show just over 100K but actual are not known.
