1969 volkswagen convertible, You will see some small round spots in some pictures,especially on the blue. This is not on the car, but on my camera lens, and would not come off. time for a new camera. I aquired this from the second owner which owned it since 2005. The little car is in great shape. I have not found any rust on the car. He had new floor pans installed a few years ago, and hardly ever drove the car, his wife drove it mostly. It has newer interior, which is cloth, no tears. A full cover comes with car, which is in the trunk. Original jack is also in trunk. The engine runs great, no smoke,rattles, and oil leaks. It drives great. disc brakes on front, everything works, including radio. The paint on the car is not show quality, but very presentable, with very few scratches, and one bubble under passenger headlight the size of a quarter. The top and boot has no tears as shown in pics. It has a Karmann emblem on passenger side as shown in pictures, for what that's worth, don't know much about volkswagens. I know every time I drive it, I get thumbs up all time. The floor pans does not even have dirt on them, still look new. I have a clear open Mississippi title in hand. Vehicle runs and drives great. I purchased the vehicle to use for myself, but I was given one by my mother that is a newer vehicle, so I am selling this one. Since I have owned the Durango, it has had new front CV joints, new front wheel bearings, new front brakes, new front tie rod ends, new brake lines on the Left Front, a new brake master cylinder, 4 new shocks, had both the exhaust manifold gaskets changed, the A/C has been worked on and blows cold in the front, but the rear A/C only blows cold when it wants to, new windshield wipers, and have had some other things repaired and checked out. It has 4 like new tires, and one with about half the tread on it, everything on it works now, and it will really go. The 4WD has been repaired and works great, and the vehicle has a switch you can turn on to tow the vehicle behind a motor home without having to remove the drive shaft. It has cloth seats that are not torn up and look very good, it has a third row seat for carrying a lot of folks, and the body is in overall good condition with the normal dings, but it does have some damage that can be seen on the RF fender that looks like it had been hit and someone tried to repair it. The Durango is a 2002 model, and with what I paid for it, along with all the money I have spent on it getting it dependable enough for me to drive, (I am totally disabled), I am going to be loosing a lot of money selling it, but I can't afford to pay the insurance on a vehicle I will not be driving, so I am basically giving this away at the price I have it listed for. I have put well over 4K in it on just repairs to get it in the driving shape I needed it, however, It is a used vehicle and therefore does not come with a warranty of any kind, but had my mother not given me a newer vehicle, I would be driving this everywhere, and it would have to run good and be dependable enough for me to drive, so that should say something for how I feel about the vehicle and it being a good one. I will be more then willing to drive the vehicle anywhere within the United States to you after it has been paid for and you would be willing to buy me a plane ticket back home and pay me for the travel expenses to get the vehicle to you, (such as gas and lodging if needed, and I will give you the receipts).
