My 1985 C20 ¾ ton., has 1-ton C30 axels from factory. uncle bought it new and I have had it since 2003. Factory ordered 5liter V8 4 barrel PS PB AC turbo400 12 bolt rear. bed liner in there since the day it came home. The RF fender was replaced by insurance about 15 years ago so it is more shiny than the remainder of the truck. Truck came from factory with one ton axles (c30) and 10 ply tires.
Still passes emissions. 100% unmolested. Hit the key and go. It will tow but I never have.
The only thing hate- full is the sun cracked the dash and the passenger widow regulator needs bushings opens and closes but bushings are worn.. Other wise nothing needed.
