In 1987 Buick built 20,193 Grand Nationals but only 1,035 Turbo Regal Limited's; even fewer Designer Series. This is a very rare and distinctive Two Tone Blue (D84) Designer Series Turbo Regal. There were probably not more than a couple of hundred made. This car has coach lamps, cornering lamps, door courtesy lamps, map reading lights and lighted vanity mirror. It was also ordered with the plush Blue Velour bench seat, Tilt wheel, power door locks, power windows, power seat, A/C, Posi traction, Turbo Engine and a host of other options. I have a copy of the window sticker to document all options This car has had a complete body off, nut and bolt restoration. It is in excellent condition and runs and drives flawlessly. There are fewer than 1500 miles on the car since the restoration was completed. This is not one of the countless Grand Nationals or Turbo T's out there (I have one of each plus GNX #035). This is an extremely limited production car that has undergone a complete professional restoration with all receipts available for review. Every piece of exterior chrome and stainless steel trim is NOS. I have a collection of 9 automobiles and am preparing for retirement and selling them off over the next two years. You will be the only one at the next show with this type of vehicle. I doubt that you will see another Designer Series Turbo Limited with this many options or in this pristine condition.
