Very nice driving 1978 Chevy truck here. 65600 miles. No dents, very little rust, windshield rock chip ....just happened. Inside original rubber floor mat near mint, original seat upholstery good shows some wear, no rips or splits, dash good not cracked. Brakes all new recently. Exhaust good. Tires fronts near new & alignment. Rear tires good. New fuel tank. Engine is 350 starts runs good. Bed is flatbed with removable sides.... high sides originally intended for grain. Also has flip up cattle racks for hauling your livestock. Good usable truck as it is. Two things it may need soon... windshield just received a rock its cracking should be replaced. Second thing speedometer has just started to bob and float around, i assume a new cable is in order soon. Speedometer has not quit working. A lot of good truck here for 4995. Up for sale is my 1998 Ford F-150, 4.6 V8 Triton, 4x4 XLT Package. It has no rust at all, some scratches but overall excellent condition. Very rare and hard to find an F-150 that hasn't rusted out. Interior is near perfect, no rips, stains, and burns. All weather mats. Runs excellent, quiet, no squeaks, ticks, rattles, uneven revs, etc. Transmission shifts smooth, no slipping, missing gears or noises. It has a great working 4x4 matched with 3 inch lift kit and Goodyear Wrangler SilentArmor tires, it will go through any snow you put it up against, it is incredible in wet conditions. Power everything, doors, windows, cruise control, CD player, hot heat, cold AC, fog lights, etc. Bed has heavy duty lining to prevent scratching as well as folding tonneau cover. It also has a professionally installed Viper remote started (two fobs). The bed lining, tonneau cover and Viper remote starter cost around $1500. Running boards are solid and not rusted out at all. No aftermarket loud exhaust or intake, 100% stock and quiet. I've taken care of this truck, I put a lot of time and money to keep it looking and running like this.
