New Rooftop Condenser Fan. We used the Van for Freezer Beef Sales and kept the unit setting at 10 Deg. Heated Compartment: Rear Door Compartment is set up for Heating for Food Transporting with Racks. Insulated with Aluminum Flooring. I've never used this feature and do not know how to operate the heat. We have only used this area for transporting tables, tent, chairs and supply boxes to Farmer's Market. Heat Unit looks new, could need controller set. I do not have any instructions or manuals. Known Issues: Slight wear on the paint at the driver's door sill step. There are two small shopping cart dings on the side cargo doors. There is a front end shock type rattle when driving over bumps. Van could possibly need new front shocks.
