Up for sale is a 1999 Chevy 2 door Blazer 4x4. Truck runs and drives great, only has 121k miles. Has the 4.3 Vortec V-6 engine with automatic transmission. Motor runs smooth, transmission shifts great, newer back tires. Interior is clean for its age, has aftermarket speakers installed with factory am/fm cd player. Body on this truck is solid except for the lower quarter panels on both sides have rust. (see pictures). This truck needs a driver side window motor replaced, and a new 4x4 push button switch installed. Other than that this is ready to go, will make a nice winter vehicle for someone. The body is straight, rust free, no bondo. There is a couple of scratches, and one 5" long area missing paint on the hood. The trim is all there, but it does have some dents. All glass is good, windshield has had one repair. The car lived in Texas until 99. Interior is nice, seats have been redone with correct upholstery, carpet is good but not perfect. It could use some weather stripping. Dash is good, not cracked. The engine is a 428, a real one not an over bored 390. It started with a 66 410 block, 1U crank, scj rods, and .040 forged pistons. It is topped with a set of C4AE-G heads, CJ valves, matched to a properly cut Streetmaster intake and Holley 770 carb. The cam is a Comp 294s, with Isky rockers, and POP stands. Also a set of Hooker Super Comps and 3" pipes. The tranny is a rebuilt C6 with a shift kit, TCI 3200 stall converter, B&M pan, and extra cooler. Rear end is stock 9" with 3.70 gears. It has a cd player cut into the dash, that was already there when I got the car. I have added a 3rd seat belt in the back to accommodate an extra kid. It had the column shifter removed years ago and is now using a B&M quarter stick. It sits on 15" Centerline wheels and BFG rubber, it has a full size spare.
